Computer works well, but t was a bit of transition to working with Windows 10. Had trouble installing ms office that I purchased with the computer. Had to call isp who activated outlook for me. Could have used more printed directions on setting up system.

Significantly improved laptop design. Excellent screen resolution, sound and enhanced Toshiba apps. Windows 10 runs smoothly. Touch-screen and multi-position "flaptop" are a plus.

I have had Toshiba laptops before and have always been happy with them. I won a Mac and also have a HP laptop that crashed on me several times so I am switching back to Toshiba.

I am a professional Counselor and I needed a fast and easy to use computer for work. I love the tablet option and the speed and storage space make this computer ideal for me.

I really like this laptop. It has many productive features like it's keyboard light, touchscreen, and flexible screen to present or use it as a tablet. I gave it 4 stars because after a month of use it started to be kind of slow when opening programs.

Laptop runs smooth but leaving a usb in the laptop will consistently make a disconnected noise. The touchscreen is good, rotates from portrait to landscape smoothly. Do not like the touchpad as much, as the buttons are not separate from the touchpad.

Arrived 5 days before expected date. Nice metallic look. Precise touch screen, colourful display Windows 10 is beautiful.

The lite up keys are awesome, the picture is great & the overall structure is perfect! I am still l learning Windows 10, after always using 7; but I'm sure I will get it!

The touch screen is very responsive and the computer operates as expected. The only negative I have found so far is that the start up sequence takes longer than I would have expected. Overall a good laptop and is a great value for the cost

I love this computer, it has everything I was wanting along with some things I didn't, but are cool anyway. I don't have any issues with freezing or being too slow, and it's awesome that I can use it as a tablet if I choose to.

I am very pleased with this laptop. This is the 4th Toshiba laptop I have bought in the last10 plus years. They have kept the best features of their previous models in this one. This model has Harmon Kardon speakers, so the sound is very good. The keyboard is closed with the keys each having their own opening in the surface so there is no gap between keys for things to drop in. I got the I7, fifth generation processor and a Terabyte of disk space, so this should last quite awhile. All in all I am very pleased as I use my laptop every day no matter whether at work or play.

The laptop came packaged well and was easy to set up. It came preloaded with Win10. The screen resolution is superb. I do highly recommend the laptop.

had so much trouble with the lap top i had to exchange it for a new one. after the exchange everything has been fine however the area where your wrist sits to type is not the most comfortable. this is my first i core 7 and i am happy with the speed it can send my screen to my tv via chromecast and how much faster data transfers from hard drive to hard drive via the usb 3.0 but other then that i think i would like it a lot better with windows 7 i doubt i will ever use the laptop as a tablet as it is a 2 in one but it was the only thing best buy had that had all the bells and whistles i wanted and some i didn't

The computer is everything it claimed. The only issues have been with Win 10 and Norton but I won't ding the computer for SW challenges. Picture and sound are great

This computer is perfect for back to school it will be good for storage, papers and things like that

intended to get another brand, and didn't want touchscreen. the display model convinced me to get the Toshiba with touchscreen. I love it.

The resolution is the crispest of any computer I have ever owned. It is great for photography viewing and editing. It is also fast.
