    Loaded the $50 onto the phone and wasn't using it much, but the $50 is completely gone. HORRIBLE Verizon plan. With Tracfone the balance stays until you use it up. This thing just ATE my money and I got nothing for it. :-(

    When I purchased the phone card in Antioch CA. The clerk told me that I would get an email with the code. I have had service through total wireless for years and thought it was strange for him to tell me that since the card has the code on the back of it. Had to take the unactivated card back to the store and get my 50 dollars back because the store in elk Grove CA. Did not have any in stock. So after wasting 60 dollars in gas in went to wal Mart and purchased a card and got my service going on my business phone again. Worst experience ever at Best buy. Not to mention that I stood in the car audio department for over an hour with not one sales associate asking if I needed help. The store was not busy. As a matter of fact there were employees standing around doing nothing. So I walked out of the store and purchased a car stereo elsewhere as well. Best buy is about the worst place to shop anymore. I've spent a lot of money over the years and this is the amount of respect I get.

    Easy way to use a burner phone if you ever needed to. Staff was super helpful too.

    My card still dont work. Total by verizon said it wasnt scanned properly. Im away but will be there tomorrow when i get home. Terrible

    Ordered phone card online and takes a long time to get code through email. The last time I ordered, it's pretty quick email to get the code. Very inconsistent from BB group.
