Best Buy had really bad customer service with this order. I had read reviews online before I purchased it and tried doing my best avoiding it but I had the same experience buying this. Everything was an issue and it's not worth the headache

The phone itself is great - we have bought 2 from Best Buy in the last month. The buying experience was not great. The first phone was ordered online for delivery. It was improperly scanned before being sent and could not be activated without a trip to the local store. With that experience, the second phone was ordered online for store pick-up - hoping to ensure accuracy. The phone was picked up and taken home where I learned it could not be activated - again. Back to the store. This time they said the IMEI number was bad and they swapped the phone for another they had in store. This phone worked. The associates at the store were very kind and helpful, but having to travel multiple times was a hassle. We don't live that close to the store.

The phone is ineligible for activation because they never scan the activation barcode when shipped out. Best Buy Westbury refused to help or refund. I am so done with Best Buy

Title says it all. Total told me to have them re-scan the phone at best buy, best buy said I had to call total and/or send it to Apple directly. Ended up having to return the iphone. Couldn’t even get another one as this was the last one in stock. I’m sure this is just a fluke, but I’m still not happy about it! I wouldn’t hold it against Best Buy, but I would watch out for it in the future if you are going to buy one of these phones or any phone from best buy.

Great phone that was pre-owned, the price was within budget and I bought it to replace my Iphone SE 2nd Gen that needed to be replaced after a few years of use. What's even better, all of my previous iphone se cases still work for the third generation! Only spent $179.99 on this and I am still pleased with this purchase 5 months later!

This phone cannot be activated by bestbuy and Total by Verizon. Both cannot activate it. This shoud not be sold before the activation process is verified by one of them.

I read the reviews, bought the phone thinking that surely the issue had been fixed, but I was still unable to activate this phone on the Total website. The representative at Total said there was a problem and it would need to be returned to the store. When we tried to return it, the customer service rep at the store was rude and tried to tell me that Total by Verizon and Total Wireless are different. He is wrong (they just rebranded in July). He also said I could return the phone, but I would be charged a restocking fee. Either Best Buy messed up when scanning it before mailing or this phone is defective. Either way, I should not be charged a restocking fee! I called Best Buy direct and was told I could return it to the store or mail it in and the restocking fee would not be charged. Waiting to see if that is accurate. Beware!!
