Uses Verizon towers, the data does get slow in super crowded areas, but I’ve been with plenty of “true Verizon user” who experience the same slow down. Customer service is lacking, if you have issues ask to be transferred to the Miami Fl office. This service is the most cost effective I’ve found for Apple’s iPad. This even has 5G, but I’ve not tried it out yet.
