    Formerly a loyal Samsung customer. I was afraid but determined. Did my research online and I feel I made a great choice. This phone has performed well, I may be a new LG loyalist. LG will surely be on the list of phones to look at.

    Good beginner phone. The service/response to where you want to go on your phone is not quick, but still works well. Unable to mutiple things at one time on the phone ex: play music and play games at the same time.

    Overall very nice phone for the price. I don't care for some of the features hard to send pictures. Though this is most likely due to owner operations. Wish was water proof, but then cost would be increased. Happy with purchase and very happy with best buy

    I was tired of Virgin Mobile but not ready to lock into a long term contract with a carrier only to find out we were incompatible. This phone was affordable, had the basic features I needed and was a no-contract but through Verizon. We meshed!

    I've been using a Samsung 6 Edge and recently switched to this LG. If you're using your phone to make phone calls, text, and to browse the web, the US a great phone. Sound quality on speaker isn't great, but if you're not watching movies it won't matter. Great screen quality.

    The extra internal storage is nice. Certain apps lag when using it, though it may be an app issue. Buttons on back take some getting used to.
