Seriously, the phone itself is awesome as far as durability goes, reception (Verizon), & cost! Minus a star for the poor camera. No anti-shake & you have to stay very still..& then it's still blurry 5 times later. Other than that, works as good as any Galaxy I ever owned & certainly worth the $32ea. Con is too much bloatware! Apps taking up 40% of storage, no biggie, delete. Smaller size is perfect, add a plastic LCD, a removable battery, all the functions of the big phones, this is a super deal. Cosmetically, it reminds me of my S3 in appearance but these are a nice blue with a slightly "grippy" feel. Responsive touchscreen. Excellent GPS via Google or whatever app. Superior battery life. Charged it 3 times in a week. Never fell below 50% though. Screen is scratch resistant & not glass! Buy it for life because it's that tough.

I purchased this phone for my elementary aged children to have as a way to communicate with me, in emergencies, when they're commuting to/from school on the school bus. Of course, there's something in it for them...wifi at our house to access learning apps, play games and take lots of selfies. The camera works great and takes awesome pictures and the GPS tracking makes it nice for me to know where they are at all times. I'm very pleased with the phone and, because it's pre paid, I control the data use and talk minutes. There's no commitment to a monthly bill so if I choose not to re-up the minutes, I don't.

It is an ok phone for starter. although it does its job it an slow down on you sometimes. battery life is pretty good for its size. phone is good for basic use only.

I usually buy these cheaper prepaid phones whenever they are on sale to send abroad (Belize). Only the Verizon phones work in Belize.I have 4 teenage nieces and nephews and they put these phones thru a lot. For the $31 or $32 I paid, these cellphones will last these kids for at least a year or so. Can't beat the price.

The phone looks great for the price. However not large enough for me to hold onto. For I lose things very easily. Other than that a great phone and there are other options for prepaid cell phones to choose from. So I'm shopping again with Best Buy. I love Best Buy and have been a member since 2012, when first charged my student first 35in flat screen TV

This is a Great phone for temporary use. It's very inexpensive, and the screen resolution, camera and processor speed are decent. Due to its minimal 8 gigs of storage space (= only 4 gigs of useable storage), any prolonged use of this phone would be frustrating cause of the lack of storage space. All in all, this is a decent phone that can be best used as a temporary phone or given as a gift to a teenager. I would've given it 5 stars if it had 16gigs of storage.

This phone was purchased just as a basic phone to be used occasionally. It was a one day deal at Best Buy and cost as much as just a regular flip phone, so for just a few pennies you get a basic smartphone. It is also very easy to unlock.

Price is good for the no contract phone with great features

Mom needed a device while she waited for her original phone to be fixed. This one had all the options necessary at a great price point. She doesn't want to go back to her old device (LG V10) even though it is fixed.

Daughter loves it. We got it as a first time phone for her and she has manage to access everything better than i do. A 10yr old versus a 44.

This is a great first phone for younger kids. You can go on the internet, use apps, take pictures, text and call. It is hard to find cases that fit this phone, they are all too big.

easy to use and great price and the right color of the phone

Cheap and really good for basic use, do not expect results like Galaxy S7 edge and such but it gets the job done. The only con is that it has bigger SIM card slot

Good phone but cracked the screen during first month could not find a screen or case for it to be repaired or prevent further damage.
