I was experiencing difficulty with my WIFI and decided to visit the store for advice. NETGEAR Orbi was recommended by the Geek Squad agent. Wow! What a difference since the Geek Squad installed this service. Just the fastest internet speed I have ever had at home. Thanks Geek Squad for the professional advice and consistent professionalism that is unexcelled. I am loving the Huge difference with an entire house WIFI coverage!!!! No weak spots to be found.

I was in need to upgrade my WiFi system. They installed the Orbi WiFi system which greatly improved the range and the quality of the signal. I have already used many of the free services like laptop tuning, software install and discounted tv mounting. Am in the process of building a home theatre and will using Best Buy to procure and install the theatre projector, screen and the audio system, all at the discounted price. Highly recommend it.

The Geek Squad agent was professional and knew what she was doing. Setup was quick and she was able to get everything working. I've had a few glitches but I'm pretty sure they're caused by the cable, not the router. I'll probably have them come back to get my printer to work or get another printer.

The first agent took care of installing our Orbi system but the google minis were overlooked. A redo was requested, the google minis tied to to the rest of network and all is well!
