Pitiful
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You get all kind of promises about how wonderful this service is, but when it’s time for them to actually do something, they fall all the way short. My husband spent $1500 for a television which took 15 days for delivery which was OK however when it was time for them to Install it after being an hour late, I called to see what the problem was, they told me the guy broke down in the middle of the road, and it will take two more days for installation, so to make a long story short, they used a third-party person to deliver the television, and the geek squad never showed up . A waste of money, pitiful service, and excuses excuses excuses. Don’t do it.
