Total Tech Support is great. Super helpful to have for family members who need assistance, especially when I don't want to or have the time to help them with their problems The phone and chat support has been a great help, and the discounts on services are fantastic.

I love finding out about benefits that I did not even know Total Tech Support Covered. Today I went into a store to see about buying a new iPhone because my ear speaker was not working properly on my current iPhone 8. I was told that the speaker was connected to the screen and that I could replace the screen for $150. I was then told that if I was a Total Tech Support Member that I could get it done for $119. I told them that in fact I am a Member and they fixed the phone on the spot!! Thank you Best Buy!!

With Total Tech Support, I can check in my laptops and desktops as often as I need to without paying any additional cost. There's a 24/7 chat support and phone number you can call when you need additional help. Plus, when I buy protection plans for my products with Best Buy, there's a good discount. I have yet to use the in home services but they are also heavily discounted. It's nice to know that I have a support team for all my electronics year round.

Another perk is you can also receive and additional 20% off any protection plans. It’s. Yearly service so long term commitment isn't necessary. I plan on keeping it and renewing it every year for as long as I need it.

This has been an invaluable service. Most of the time, they can solve my computer issues over the phone and taking remote control of my computer. It has saved me countless trips to the store (40 miles round trip), so it has paid for itself in gas alone. I have also used it in several other states when I have needed to travel and run into computing issues.

I have used the membership to save on protection plans, installation in home and backing up my data. I’m a tech savvy guy so it’s not that I don’t know how to do it, but it saves me time and energy having someone else do it for me. Either as an included service in store or a highly discounted price of 50 bucks. Can’t wait to have the Geek Squad install a +75 inch tv!

TotalTech is a great value. I don't buy a lot of stuff, but with prices for everything so high, and as much of a hassle as it is to use a manufacturer's warranty (assuming you can reach a real person), TT just makes sense.

I love the saving on installing my doorbells. The Best Buy Geek Squad is so knowledgeable and make sure that my needs or met. The total tech covers so many things it’s worth the money and satisfaction of knowing your products and service are in the right hands.

Like I tell friends and family; Total Tech Support is compared to penny’s on the dollar when you need tech help or repairs. Car insurance is a requirement and our lives are full of electronics so this plan covers you just in case. Peace of mind from not being nickeled and dimed.

This plan is the best for the price, 24 hr phone support or remote in access. Appointments are also available at store location too.

It came at a good price when I bought a new laptop and I felt it was at least worth the setup but I have used it so much since. I used to deal with computer stuff on my own but this has made me WANT to bring it in. It's so incredibly convenient and I don't even use all the benefits.

I used TTS at first to clean up my computer hard drives But when my 6 year old LG fridge has seal break I called to see if they could help. They found me the seal and I was able to order it from them. Put it on myself. It only took two screws.

I am knowledgeable with a lot of tech, but this membership helps with so much more than that. I’ve gotten a stereo put in my car with speakers. Had my TV mounted and calibrated. I have more plans to use this and save so much on extended warranties.

This program is actually crazy. Takes care of all your electronic needs whether you come into the store or have an agent come to your home. Always professional. There isn’t any other store or business that is doing what they are doing for the price.

Really like this plan. I especially like the peace of mind I get from having one place to go for all my appliance repairs. The other benefits are excellent and I upgraded from the old Total Tech.

I’ve gotten my money’s worth using this for tons of in store services like Car Installation Labor and 10% geek squad protection. I don’t really have a use for the antivirus or the computer support because I have a Mac and they never have problems.
