    This service is wonderful !! All of the techs that I ever talked to, or more often chat with on line are very pleasant, respectful, and have a ton of knowledge !!!! They all take time with my problems that I go to them with. They stay with you until your problem has been totally solved If they need you to do something on your end and don't know that much about computers, they are patient with you and help you anyway they can. They even call you sometimes if you don't understand what they mean while chatting. I've had other technical support companies in the past, and they can't hold a candle to The Geek Squad !!!! For the price, there is nothing comparable. 24/7 tech support plus webroot, I wouldn't do with out it !!!

    I already had Total Tech Support from last year when I purchased my laptop. I was so excited when I purchased my new dishwasher on 11/13/2021 and found out I also got FREE delivery AND installation of said dishwasher! Then, I was SO disappointed when I found out that this particular service is contacted out and the contractor(s) did not have anyone available until 12/22/2021~~5-6 weeks after purchase! So, I have this TTS that I PAID for and I also have my new dishwasher that we drove 35 minutes to pick up and bring home, and then I PAID $300 to have it installed to be able to use it for Thanksgiving. So, TTS this time FAILED. I would like to add that I used to have "Geek Squad" support for years and it was GREAT. I assume this TTS is also good IN-HOUSE, but contracting out delivery/installation services that take 5-6 weeks after a $1000+ purchase isn't great.

    The guys that came to our house to set up our new Samsung and surround sound were FANTASTIC. We had Fabio & Joseph and 2nd time Tech Support came out was with Ryan Pollscheck and so sorry I don't remember his partner's name. But all these guys were FANTASTIC!! You couldn't ask for better support. I recommend Tech Support Geek Squad all the time! Truly worth it!! And if anyone deserves a raise it's these guys that go that xtra mile to help the customer!!!!!

    Total Tech Support has provided me with peace of mind whether I rely on the Geek Squad for computer or I Phone support and problem-solving. The technicians are very knowledgeable and easy to work with whether I have an in-person appointment at Best Buy, phone appointment, or an in-home session. In addition, Total Tech Support solves my problems in a very timely manner with convenient appointment times and quick turn-around time for repairing my computer.

    This service is just wonderful. I used it over the phone and in person at the store. All technicians have very good knowledge and were able to analyze and fix my computer problems/issues whenever possible. If my issues were not fixable they explained what was wrong and answered all questions to my satisfaction. All are very polite and respectful. They explained the resolutions and let me decide on how to proceed. I don't know what I would do without this service. Also, the support membership covered all my costs without any additional charges. It works just fine for and my level of computer experience and knowledge which I consider to be good.

    Hector and the team at the Best Buy store in Homestead, Florida, were the best. I was traveling through town, and my computer was splitting apart. I took it to them, and Hector immediately accessed it and discovered the battery was swelling. He helped me order one on Amazon and installed it in a couple of days when it arrived. He helped me tremendously.

    Total Tech Support - skip the 800# and go to store

    Don't have much faith in 800# personnel. They screwed up my printer twice after keeping me on the phone forever; using up all my ink with repeated TEST page prints; then telling me problem was fixed when it wasn't (and one time even made it worse). A hassle, but I took my printer and laptop to the guys in the GEEK squad at Best Buy in Bergen Outlet center store and they took care of everything. Save your time and make an appointment with the store personnel if you have any problems.

    This is my second year of total tech support and I am completly satisfied with this service. You might think that the initial price is too expensive but once you price the cost of service charges for one computer failure,or one appliance failure, etc. You will see that the initial price is very inexpensive. I have had total tech support to my home a couple of times and they are very courteous, and very knwledgeable. They also explain to you what they are doing (for us computer illiterate people) so you have some idea what is going on. Which is awesome!! I would recommend this to everyone with electronics and appliances in there houses!!

    This is the second year of Tech Support. We saved a lot on repairs for our four home computers & laptops the first year. In the second year, we've not had many repairs, but we have saved money on both the cost of security (WEBROOT is provided with the service and replaced NORTON), and 10% discount on products purchased from BestBuy. Home service charges are capped at $49 -- and we used them recently when our Samsung FRAME television was installed over our fireplace. Overall, we have found Total Tech Support represents good value for our family and recommend Total Tech Support without hesitancy to others.

    I live out in the country and it is a major trek into a computer store for a simple fix. Not to mention typically I would be without my computer for weeks. A simple call to the geek squad and problems are solved on the phone. I have only had one problem that I did have to go into a best buy and leave my laptop as the technician's on the phone could not get to the bottom of the issue. I took it in and 3 days later I got the call to come get it. Due to Covid-19 I had to make an appt. to talk to the person who fixed it, but everything was well explained to me before I left. 3 days instead of 3 weeks was a welcome change. I will never let my Geek Squad subscription lapse.

    At least in our case, having Total Tech Support more than paid for itself with cable-cutting and setup of new equipment and connecting them. Since it covers all tech equipment in our home, feel we have a source that we can go to for answers and/or repairs as needed. Case in point...had a Geek Squad coverage on my laptop, but NOT the software. Wasn't aware that it was different as far as coverage went...it is. One of the Windows updates corrupted the operating system. Took it in to Best Buy (purchase the Total Tech Support) and that covered re-imaging the laptop, etc. Do not know what that would have cost otherwise, but again...having some peace-of-mind is worth a lot too.

    This protection plan is the best thing to have. I got it for Christmas last year from my grandsons, which I didn't think I really needed something like this. But I quickly found out that it's the best thing that ever happened to me. I just renewed it again this year. The people at Geek Squad are always happy and willing to help you when needed and having on any of my devises to included electronics that weren't even purchased by Best Buy. Total Tech Support even has discounts on certain purchases which I was unaware of until I purchased my car starter. The benefits of having Total Tech Support is worth purchasing the program.

    I've been using total tech support for 3 yrs or more. Every year I have received help that relieved my distress with my computer ... they offered help that was immediate and provided with patience and consideration. I had confidence the problem would be resolved and I wasn't disappointed. When I needed to call the 24/7 phone my question was answered by remote access which was simple for me and the technician quickly recognized my difficulty and explained what was happening in a manner that I understood. Total Tech Support has been effective whenever I have needed assistance.

    It is worth it to know that if anything happens to your computer, phone or electronic device, you can rely on this service. Professional people, great results. Only complaint: if you call the main line, they have no idea what your are talking about half the time. Expect to get bounced around several times. I called to setup an appointment to install the mesh wifi I bought from BestBuy and I got transferred 4 times, was on the phone for over an hour. Ended up having to reschedule the appointment I made because they booked the wrong type. Bottom line...go to the store!

    I cannot live without this plan. It covers all of my devices from iPhone, iPad , Laptop, and printers. I take my devices in every six months for an overall tuneup, software update, and virus check up. My favorite techie guy, Jesse, informed me last year that my plan also covers all of my appliances ie: Refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer...etc., Even if you didn’t purchase the appliances from Best Buy. While I have not had the need to utilize this service yet, I believe there is a nominal service fee. Even so, it would more than cover the cost of the plan. I also have utilized the chat feature, as well as speaking with one of the techies at the 800 line. This saves a trip To the store.

    I moved here and lost my tech guy in Raleigh who I loved! He spoiled me with great service. However, purchasing Best Buys Total Tech Support has been great! I run several small businesses and it lowers the stress knowing I can count on them to be there when I need them. So far the service which I have had for over 3 years going on 4 has been EXCELLENT! Still miss my guy in Raleigh coming to me, but so far this service has done a GREAT job of keeping this computer in tip top shape!

    First they helped me recover two computer systems where the drive had crashed. I thought that was worth the membership alone. But then I decided to upgrade my radio. Total Tech Support installed it as part of my membership! And I get a Webroot Antivirus subscription with the membership. I do alot of my computer work myself. But......sometimes, maybe someone else should do it. And if I didn't listen to that little voice, and something goes wrong, I can still bring what didn't work in to them.

    I love being a Total Tech member. They always happily fix my PC issues when I bring them in, and I never have to pay a fee for the service. I also have benefited from other perks like free appliance delivery and installation and discounted installation of big TV mounts and wires inserted into the wall neatly.

    Let me tell you, I've had tech support for about four years now and have not regret paying for this. I can't tell you how many times they have help me with some difficult problems,virius, getting my internet back, annoying pop-up, just about anything. They are fast, very knowledgeable, very understanding and nice. For the price you can't beat and they are 24/7 so no matter what time day or night they are their, and you want to know the best part? I like how the will take remote control over your device and a lot of time you don't have to be their to wait until they finish. Isn't that great!!!.

    I'll never be without Geek Squad Total Tech support. I have moderate skills when it comes to TV install, internet protection, and upgrading computer equipment. Geek squad does it all for a reasonable fee and they're available when you need them. They've also saved me money on install costs including the range hood I just purchased because I was a member! The people who have come to my home have always been courteous and respectful of my property. They leave me a card with the technician's direct phone number in case something goes wrong; I've never had to make a call.
