I feel Tech Support (especially of this Caliber) is so very much needed, when purchasing an Electronic Item. As a Loss, is very difficult, when your item is no longer functioning properly. Not only is this a Peace of Mind product/service. But also the Efficiency & Effectiveness of Best Buys Geek Squad Service, is incredible in itself. I have used these Services for about 15 years and am so pleased to have this Protection, on items of importance to me.

Excellent service.....friendly and informative technicians! When problems arise I simply contact the Geek Squad by computer or phone and I quickly get the help I need. The service covers both of my computers plus other appliances in my home for a very reasonable yearly price. I recommend Total Tech Support membership to all computer owners. Inclusion of the Webroot Secure Anywhere Software for internet security makes it an excellent total computer support service.

I don't normally buy protection plans. However, devices aren't built the same way they used to be - I know I sound cliche saying that, but it's true. Also, the handheld Switch that I bought it essentially a mini computer, so lots of components to consider. I also worry about dropping it and just generally being clumsy. For the price of the Switch and the extra protection, it just made sense. I really enjoy the Switch and want it to last, so it's great peace of mind for both internal and external coverage.

My subscription is up for renewal and I would never be without it. Since I am not the most tech savvy person in the world this is the smartest thing I have ever done when it comes to my computer and other devices. If I have to take my computer into the store that has never been an issue. However, being able to live chat with the Geek Squad when I am not able to do so is a wonderful benefit. Everyone is/has been wonderful....they never make you feel like you are anything but computer literate.

We have 3 kids and 5 total in our family, which is a lot of computers to keep track of. I like the Total Tech support because I can take my kid's computer in with what might seem like an "I could figure this out but I'd be really annoyed by the end of two hours" type of issue, and they will fix it or check it in while I stand there with my cup of coffee. Totally worth it.

I have been a Total Tech Support customer for several years now. I find the support whether in-store, on the phone, or in our home as OUTSTANDING! It makes things great when having the ability to get that skilled technical support. I can say without any doubts the multiple uses of the Total Tech Support have been professional, highly skilled techs, and respectful of time, our home, and our equipment.

I'm not interested in receiving a gift card but will NEVER give up my tech support membership as wouldn't have bought any of my other items without it! I have one particular techie who is so wonderful and patient with my ignorance and give him kuddos whenever able to publicly!

Total Tech Support has been a life saver on many occasions. I've used the online chat tech support to get me out of a jam a few times and the Geek Squad in the store has provided excellent service! I have purchased a screen protector for my mobile phone at Best Buy and it kept coming off. I was able to get a new one and the Best Buy employee even put it on at no additional charge because I had Total Tech Support. I can't say enough about how AWESOME having Total Tech Support is!

I have used Total Tech Support on a pretty regular basis. Generally, this team resolves my problems. If the first person I speak with doesn't know now to resolve this problem, it is refered to a second level team. Sometimes, it can take a couple of hours before the second level responds. Sometimes the technician calls from India. Yet, if you are persistant, you can usually work with at least one individual who resolves the problem. The reason I only give the rating 4 stars is that it can takes several days before somone know what to do to help.

This service is so great. They came out to set up our entire house a couple of years ago. Since then we have had them back out to upgrade systems and also to change things around. They are professional, knowledgeable and personable. It is worth the yearly fee to know you can call them and they are there and you don't have to spend hours and days pouring over manuals you can't understand anyway. Love the Geek Squad!

Love that with every appliance or TV purchase at Best Buy, there is no charge for installation or removal of old equipment. Not only do they install, but they explain and demonstrate how the tv or washing machine works - setting everything up for immediate use. Plus I can bring my phone or iPad into the store to discuss a problem with a geek squad member. I never purchase service plans, but this one is a definite 5 star!

With all the included features that come with Total Tech you can't go wrong. I have taken my laptop in twice for issues and they have fixed them both in a timely manner and were more that happy to explain things to me. I also used the chat feature where they log into your pc to fix stuff and that also worked out well I was able to see what they were doing and still get things done around the house and not be without my laptop for a week. I will be renewing next year again for sure.

Great product. I have had this package for several years. First got it for computer support and have now used it for auto audio upgrades, home theatre upgrades, full home consultation and technology recommendations, purchases and install. Geek squad is great, always solves the problems. Discounts and special attention from techs and service crews are big benefits. Will continue the service for years to come.

Since I am an elderly widow, I depend heavily on Total Tech Support to help with all my technological problems and installations. In fact, I recently purchased a new TV from Best Buy. the Total Tech Support team came to install the television and to show me how to operate it. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me so I could understand all of it. I appreciate their help and highly recommend them.

These guys are friendly, knowlegeable and get the job done! I would recommend this to anyone who owns a pc or a laptop! They are the best! Anywhere i the country that I go, if i have an issue, there is always a store that I can count on the Geeksquad being helpful!

Total Tech Support is the best overall and reliable support service available! Agents come to my home to install, repair, and hook up devices that would have cost much more without this service. I can call anytime and get my computer problems solved. Or, take my devices in the store for repair. I will renew my plan every year! It is well worth the cost.

Since purchasing this membership, we have had them rejuvenate an older computer with a Samsung SSD hard drive and do a general cleanup to speed it up and make computer work fun again. Also had them install and mount a 55" Sony TV from BestBuy and they did a superb job. Would definitely use them again for both services.

Do a lot of my own repairs and build my own computers so it was a bit of a surprise to my friends that I bought this service. They have tools that I do not. Fixed my laptop, quickly and for free. Put screen protectors on my smart watches, phones and tablets without the typical air bubbles at no charge. Always respectful and helpful. Next step is for them to come to the house and adjust the color on the TV and optimize the surround sound system. Recommend, even if you do a lot of your own stuff.

I have always been one to decline any extended warranty or service when purchasing products. I purchased the total tech support in a effort to save cost associated with purchase and installation of home networking and security system. I could not be happier. The value of everything included in the bundle is superb! I have found myself using services I never considered in the past which have resulted in more proficient electronics and cheaper repairs!
