This is also one of the best purchases I have made I have had the tech support for years and whenever there is an issue with my computer I take it in and a great turn around with issues resolved. I have also had a tech come to my house and work on my computers there with an additional fee, but well worth it. The annual price you can't beat.

All I can say about Total Tech Support is "Don't go home without it". I have had problems with my laptop recently which would have cost a pretty penny to repair, but thank goodness for Total Tech Support I didnt have to come out of my pocket with any extra money. Plus the technical support I received from the Geek Squad technicians online and at an in-store location was EXCELLENT. I recommend Total Tech Support to everyone!!!

I have had total tech support for many years. I can get fixes by Geeks online or in my home. They don't charge me for coming to my house. They just installed my new Sony TV at no cost to me. It's a win win for me. Thank-you Geek Squad

Didn't think we needed this until our macbook got a virus twice and webroot froze up on us. After paying $100 first time to get it fixed, total tech support was the best decision made the 2nd time for our macbook. We get discounts on coverage and our iphone batteries are cheaper with total tech support. Saved us tons of money. Covers all phones,electronics , iPad, ipods and gaming systems. Totall got our moneys worth

The very best thing to have. Total Tech Support membership has helped me with problems, both on line and in store, many times. Greatly appreciate their knowledge in how to fix or correct any problem. Anyone with a home computer should join their support.

Highly recommend Total Tech Support. If you need a calibration or TV install (or both.) you will save big time by having this service. This service has literally saved me over a thousand dollars in just one year because of the discounted services you get the Total Tech Support. Have the Best Buy rep. tell you about it. I was skeptical at first, but no longer.... (They also will help you with any other electronic services you might need.)

This was a really great value! Used it to get my old 72" rear-projection TV removed from my home at no charge, then they installed my new 75" TV on my living room wall at a super low price, then a tech came out a few months later and calibrated the TV at a greatly reduced price! Also, Internet Security Software was Included. This paid for itself and then some. The more you use it the better the value is.

I've had this tech support for over a year and I've certainly gotten my $200.00 worth. I've had them install two Ring Doorbells, one for me and one for my girlfriend. They not only installed them, but, paired them up with our cell phones and Alexa Gadgets. We've also gotten free anti virus software that's included in the annual deal. I'm going to keep this support as long as Best Buy keeps offering it!!

We have never had an issue with total tech. They are there when we need them and they always fix the issue. We have very seldom had to have a total tech come out to the home. Love this as it saves time and money by not having to take the tower into Best Buy. Excellent Service

We enjoy Total Tech Support. We have been members for a while and have used the computer support often. We recently purchased a new TV and your team was very professional and very knowledgeable installing a TV. I would recommend the team anytime. Bryce and Arnell were experts!!

Best Buy Geek squad Total Tech support is one of the best purchases we have made. They have helped us with many things from setting up purchased equipment to an accidental deleting of a huge contacts file. The staff at the Cedar Hill store are great. So everything from installing a car radio to mounting a wall-TV, you name it and chances are they can help you.

I've had Total Tech Support for three years, using it infrequently but considering it as insurance. It sure is! I got my money's worth when I had to replace an older computer and phone. The Geek Squad guys were very supportive and helpful. It's great knowing they are there whenever I have dumb questions or need help I can trust!

Well worth the price of membership. first time I used it to fix my all in one PC desktop, worked well for 3 years. Then same issue resurfaced, took it back in for another fix, they told me they can't, it's a junk out. Gave me a new computer, got a new free laptop. Second time I used it to replace my free laptop's battery, this part was fine, then when I received the laptop back I saw that my laptop was scratched and dented from the service center. I sent it back to them, it's currently en route for a 2nd fix to their service center.

Total Tech Support is a wonderful service. Although it seemed pricey at the time, we have found it to be invaluable for us. And it's paid for itself over and over again. I highly recommend this service for older folks who are less technologically inclined. Like Us! Geek Squad in Avon has helped us, tremendously. They are patient, kind and very professional!

Austin is awesome. He is quiet, does his job, and fixes things that you can't even begin to understand. He is very knowledgeable and polite. The first time he came to the office to fix a "computer hid my files" problem and saved me from a crisis. At that time he suggested that I get a computer with a SSD because mine was working to hard. The second time, he was able to set up my new laptop and transfer files. I was so thankful for the service and it didn't take me days to do it myself. I am grateful that he was able to come to my office, which is huge to me because I am only in the office 4 hours a day. It would take me a whole day to take my computers into Best Buy. I am sorry that we will be losing the free service but will hopefully be able to afford in office service in the future.

I was reluctant to purchase Total Tech Support figuring it would cost more than it was worth. Unfortunately I've had to replace 3 major appliances and with Total Tech Support paid nothing for installation. Also, I've used the Computer Geeks on multiple occasions. I am so happy with Best Buy's support, that I extended my membership for a second Year.

Total tech support is amazing...I use it to have my computers and laptops checked remotely for optimal performance. It also came in handy when having a remote care starter installed. My next move is to have my new tv hung above the fireplace and with the total tech support there is a discount for this services as well. I keep finding new ways to utilize my total tech support. Highly recommend.

I like all that comes with Total Tech. Saving on installs, free check ups on all my tech, Discounts on services. If you have a family and everyone has a laptop, phone, TV and more you would completely benefit from this and definitely save money. Keep everything running smoothly by dropping off your digital device at Best Buy and they will give it a tune.

I like having a total protection plan from Geek Squad. it makes me feel safe and I always have someone to help me when things are not going well and I know I will not be overcharge or scammed by people I do not know as I feel Geek Squad protection plan has my best interest in mind and it is priced reasonably.
