I got to tell you I don't know how you guys do it? You take care of everything even if it wasn't bought in the store as long as I'm a member that is the coolest thing ever.
You know something ?it's a great idea because it makes me want to continue buying things from there because you follow through with everything.
very fair pricing and you have the crew to do almost anything.

Tech siupport is the support needed for quick and simple to get the support upon encountering problems with electronics, specifically smartphones and personal computers. Programs change week to week in electronic technology. Unless one is very savvy, it is best to have a place to go for help.

I enjoyed shopping at Best Buy the quality of service is unmatched the employees are helpful and courteous and they are more than willing to help with a problems they seem genuine and sure that they appreciate the customer They are they are knowledgeable and the products and more than willing to go through the details about HAH item they do not keep customers waiting they immediately come over to assist they make the customer feel important and appreciated For shopping at Best Buy

This membership is totally worth paying $200 per year. Just 1 or even 2 Geek Squad visits without this membership covers the annual fee, not to mention the peace of mind I have knowing I can get help without stressing on the cost of a diagnosis/repairs. Yes, I know one day I may have to pay for a part, backup, etc. However, as of today I’ve NEVER been charged for anything (besides annual fee) & I’ve taken 4 laptops, 1 desktop & a camera. Therefore, I recommend this membership to everyone, specially if you have children/ young adults in your household.

This yearly plan has been helpful in multiple ways. Between a broken computer, a computer that needed manual updating/push through, and the installation fees for a remote start installation all being free, this plan has more than paid for itself. It has come in handy by paying for the 1 yr upfront, because when something unexpectedly needs fixing, I don't have to worry about coming up with money for potential expensive per service fees. It's like insurance for your electronics. Would definitely recommend.

We have had Total Tech Support for several years.
We have used the service several times.
The service person that has come out to the house have always been friendly, helpful and professional.
Each time they have fixed the problem.
A few times we have called Tech Service and have sovled the problem over the phone.
We have 3 TV's, 1 printer, 2 lap top computers, 1 tower computer, 1 iPad. So this is why we have Tech Service.

Review on last visit. The store manager listened to concerns I had with new computer. He also came up with a plan to correct and carried through on it. The technician, who resolved a very difficult situation, was excellent. He also set up all the programs I needed and made sure I knew how how to get into and use all the programs I had on this new computer. I am not good with technology but I am enjoying using computer because of him. I can't thank him enough.

Has been very helpful in helping with my computers and iphone needs. Quick service, patient with answering my questions. Treated respectfully.
Plan to ask the GEEKS to set an appointment with me to help me thru learning some of the changes in new computer and new software. I easily used my Macs and big time software for decades. It was all so easy! I stepped away for half a decade due to family illnesses and care. Now I’m trying to catch up on the changes. Not so easy to figure out the new stuff!

I've been a Total Tech support member for over 2 years now.
I would have to say that for me it is worth every penny. Being a technology challenged senior, I've contacted the tech support team for questions about products I was planning to buy, questions about technical issues and ways to solve some of my computer conundrums that I encounter from time to time. I've always received excellent and cordial customer service.

I do a lot of shopping for electronics & technology devices at Best Buy & other stores so it’s important that I also have a support system that helps me manage & protect these investments. Total Tech Support fulfills that needs. At first I was going to decline my annual renewal subscription but I reconsidered when I compared the cost & benefits, it really does pay for itself. I’ve used the service several times & it truly has been vital for me to keep. They are always professional, knowledgeable & courteous.

I have used tech support when needed and they have always been good. Because I had purchased the total warranty/support on my new laptop, when the hard drive went out in an older laptop they replaced it for just the cost of the hard drive and no other labor charges. I just keep the older laptop as a backup.

This program was my very best purchase in past years helping me with my computer needs. However, since the company took on the Apple repair contract , I feel pushed to the back of the line, no special advantages for mebership, and time and help is greatly curtailed.
I'd be willing to pay even more for the advantage of the return of better services. Maybe they need some competetors to restore priority service to this program.
I waited 3 wks for an installer to put in my Blink system ..only to be told day of service, that he did not know how to do it, and wasn't coming out to my house--after I arranged time off to be there as well.
Once a great program , now on the downslide.

I was concerned that I paid for and had the total tech plan for over two years before I used it! Then we decided to upgrade our theater system with all its components and found out through experience that this plan is really worth it, especially when you need help with install. Best Buy does a professional job, and they answer any questions one may have. I feel that I definitely got my moneys worth!

Very good at computer tech support and tune ups. For appliance repairs I’d rate them as poor because I called them for appointment and was told someone would call me back. I had 2 dropped calls while on hold and I wasn’t touching the phone and the agents never called back. The next day I get email saying my appointment was cancelled. I called to find out what happened and was told they don’t fix anything no on warranted in my area (city of 100K residents) I’ll keep it for computer tech support but they get a failing grade for communication and service that’s not computer

Your total support employees are all good listeners. They really have a great respect for the older oldies. I happen to be one of them. They are ALL knowledgeable and I admire their dedication and interest in each individual.
They never hurry .... they are always great listeners and they will take their time to explain and give suggestions. Thank you to the Geek Squad and Computer Technicians..... They work hard and are always busy, they take time to care about me.

I originally purchased Total Tech Support so that my college age student who was attending classes out of state would have a solution to a tech challenge if a tech challenge presented itself.
Eventually I discovered much needed help was right around the corner and free of charge when my laptop crashed containing documents needed to run my home as well as my business interests.
Best Buy took the device, exported all the files I so desperately needed and made setting up my new device seamless.

Best purchase we've made. With Total Tech, we saved over $2000 on our appliance purchases, got free delivery and installation, and haul away of our old appliances. The "tech support" for our phone purchases and computer needs, not to mention the annual anti-virus subscription was just a bonus. We renew every year. It has always been a worthwhile purchase.

Totallly worth it! When I first had the Total Tech Support, I also had to purchase warranties on things like laptops, video games etc. Now they have changed it and not only do I "not" have to purchase those additonal warranties - but I can also use the total tech warranty instead of an expensive Apple Care warranty. If you have a lot of tech - get this!

I feel Tech Support (especially of this Caliber) is so very much needed, when purchasing an Electronic Item. As a Loss, is very difficult, when your item is no longer functioning properly. Not only is this a Peace of Mind product/service. But also the Efficiency & Effectiveness of Best Buys Geek Squad Service, is incredible in itself. I have used these Services for about 15 years and am so pleased to have this Protection, on items of importance to me.
