Have really like having the reassurance that Total Tech Support gives me--I can call for any questions related to my computers, appliances, etc. and get great help. And the discounts I get for installations and deliveries have made the fee pay for itself.

We Purchased a media center for a vehicle. Installation was going to cost $250. Total Tech Support cost is $200. One of the benefits of total Tech Support was free installation. No Brainer. We actually ended up using the total Tech Support four times during that year! Great bargain!

I always buy Total Tech Support to cover all of my digital and electronic products, every year. Having this leaves me with no worries on all of these products. Geek squad members are great and repair my items quickly. It is foolish not to have this product.

The in store and in house techs for the most part have bee very helpful and know what they are doing. One exception is when I first got my phone. Think I wrote a review about that already. The service is pricy but nice when I need tech support

Getting appointments is easy. It has a value, as far as installing simple things for you. when it comes to problem solving problems with the product, they tried, but couldn't. They did, however, take my product back for a full refund, with no hassle - when they couldnt fix the problem after 3 tries.

We have had this service for a few years now and find it very beneficial. We have a number of computers and normally take each one in at least once a year to get cleaned and optimized. It definitely helps when the computers start to slow down.

Total tech is fantastic! I love having this plan. All of the Geek Squad professionals who I have talked to have been very helpful and very professional. Total Tech is a wonderful investment!!

I purchased this a year ago because we always had some problems with our lab tops. This service pays for itself, anything that you buy in Best Buy, you will get some kind of discount if you are a member of Total Tech Support. Great to have!!

This is great for issues I can't figure out. They are available 24/7 but sometimes the wait time is excessive or the session gets disconnected (on their end). I would blame some of this on the pandemic as I didn't have any issues with the service prior to that. Sometimes you get a great rep and other times not so much.

The protection plan is great. Whenever there’s a problem I can call and get support online or by phone. Must have for safety.

I have used this service on several occasions due to my limited computer skills. The techs are super knowledgeable and patient with me and my lack of computer knowledge. They have helped me resolve issues remotely saving a trip to the store.

Best investment. Pays for itself. Already with the discount getting on warranty my membership price is justified. Looking to get a refrigerator in spring and know my installation expenses will be a fraction. Thank you Best Buy.

My initial use of the plan payed for itself. This is my second year using the services and I plan to continue. The Corona virus has delayed my use in some of the services but hopefully things will get back to normal soon.

Total Tech is perfect for those looking to move. If you are going to have several tvs wall mounted, or home theater set up... this is a great value. Plus you get computer/anti virus/clean up services as well.
