The Geek Squad reps are always helpful and courteous. I highly reccomend buying their yearly membership. I've saved more $$$ than it costs!

Many of my questions and problems can be handled remotely, yet if needed I can get appointment to have my device repaired in store.

Nice plan. It was helpful, but then Covid hit and I didn't really get may full use out of it.

Protection plan is great. They are available 24/7 and are excellent in solving any issue. Glad Best Buy has this available.
