Disappointed

Got new phone since everyone was saying with the new 5g my older Samsung May not work as well and could be the reason for calls dropping. Been with Total wireless over 2 years never had the issues l am having now. New Samsung did not correct this problem, instead l got another one to go with dropping calls..... Bluetooth reception isn’t worth a darn. Phone and ear buds must be very close to get clear reception. Service expires on the 25th so l will be looking for another carrier cause this is no longer quality l am willing to pay for.

When i got there it was suppose to be ready but nobody could find it and that was the last one in the store. They searched for 20 min before it was found.
