My girlfriend uses this plan all the time. Seems to work just fine and she connects to wifi most of the time to not burn data. Activating a new phone was a bit of a pain, and the service seemed in and out when I first activated, but it seems okay now.

I made the switch and have better data service than I did locked in with my previous carrier. No fees, No contract and better service. No problems.

Does what you’d expect, adds this onto your phone easily, make sure you have a SIM card from this brand though because it’s a separate item!

Very fast and punctual the only downside was that the website was not up to date! The website was stating that the store was closed.

Purchase this at Best buy in have receipt but cannot get the card to activate very disappointed

I purchased this product online and picked up in the store with the new phone I bought. It was easy to use. Just call the number on the back and follow the directions or you can go online and add minutes to your phone with this card.

Great plan to fire up a new phone, and a "trial run" to see how the service is in your area. No long term agreement which is a plus for me too, as I may have periods where I do not need the service. Good deal all around, pleased with this buy and service.

Basic prepaid plan. Good for travel or work phone, but not as reliable as a real plan.

Total wireless works well, they had trouble connecting my phone IMEI/model number and it took a few hours but they fixed it and now everything works perfectly.
