Price was awesome, phones were free, except to activate. Service not what we needed. Missing texts, pics, phone service in our normal and expanded service area. Took some investigating, found total wireless, a Verizon pre paid trac phone and we have all the services we were missing. Easy to purchase, great price on phones at Best Buy. Took some time on phone to switch everyone over, well worth the time.

Really Good Value

I had read total wireless support was not good. That was totally false. I had to call them a few times to get my other two family phones switched. Their service was first rate. Didn't wait on the line long and their customer service team was very prompt, professional and polite.
