Great value for the dollar

Solid wireless service

Service has been great. Customer service was surprisingly quick and responsive. I switched over to this service on an iPhone as well at the same time, switching on the iPhone was smoother.

Do not trust an agent repeating "the newest iphone may not work with totalwireless." every iphone should work with totalwireless. Just hang up and call again until you get an agent who is knowledgeable enough to know what to do.

SIM worked as it should

This SIM was purchased so I could move my existing service to a new phone. It worked. My only complaint is that Best Buy does not provide any assistance for this carrier, so I had to do the activation myself.

I just needed an adapter to put my sim in a different phone. For that reason only, I consider this product great. I will be purchasing another.
