Unfortunately you cannot get this phone to use as card as internal memory. I played around with this phone for a week then researched the problem on the internet. A lot of people had the same problem. Alcatel is a better phone.

The phone works great with no issues. My only complaint before I could buy a case for the phone the very first time she dropped it, it completely shattered into pieces. So just be weary if your going to buy this phone buy the case right then dont wait because it easily shatters. I'll now have to invest in another one. Fortunately they are cheap.
