Best Buy Delivery problems

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not sure how a company this size can remain in business when they ship these type of items unprotected - there should be no way that steelbooks should come loose in a bubble mailer- or in mailers where they are not protected- this is just one type of item I have purchased- but it brings un-easy feeling concerning how you must ship.
