Of course it was great, my only disappointment was that it was not a full length movie. I could have checked for the time duration, but did not and frankly, I probably would have bought it anyway. The show did not disappoint. I bought it before Thanksgiving and watched it with the grandkids over the holiday. In December, I noticed it was on TV during the time the networks put on a variety of Christmas shows. Now, we can watch it any time we want.

Ok....the actual movie here is great and holds up to the tradition of the Toy Story line of films. However, it is incredibly short, clocking in at a little over 20 minutes. The rest of the Blu Ray is just filler and will not hold your child's interest. I do recommend this film as it is quite good, but go into this knowing that the actual movie is not long at all...that is the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

The Toy Story flavor is kept intact and expanded in this "After-Christmas Special" expanding primarily on Trixie's character and her desire to be played with as a dinosaur. She loses herself and finds love. Then loses love and finds herself. A charming story that still gives little more than cameos by the Toy Story main characters of Woody and Buzz. Where this special shines most is harkening back to the post-Christmas feeling of kids and all of a sudden having a bunch of brand new toys to choose from. The story is about a 3.5 out of 5. The special features are a little skimpy but sufficient for such a small production. Backstories and Pixar-imagined commericals for their toys are charming. Everything can be viewed in one entertaining sitting. It is a great addition to the Toy Story continuity and expanding on Bonnie and the toys' relationship with her. As for value, this is currently being listed for $14.99. I got it for $9.99 with a $5 certificate. Even then, I think I could've waited for an eventual price drop to $7.99 before being compelled to add it. All in all, I love Pixar and I had to get it.

Missed this special when it aired on ABC, so I was happy to know that it would come to bluray just like Toy Story of Terror did. I'm a huge Toy Story fan & own them all on bluray. Love these specials and I hope Disney continues the tradition & releases a lot more. Can never get enough of these characters or this franchise

This short film takes place after Toy Story 3 and is a pretty awesome story arc. The two main characters from Toy Story are definitely present but there are some new toys you haven't seen before and that's where it gets interesting. The only downfall to this film is that it's 20 minutes long. Definitely worth the watch!

There's not much content here with a run-time of less than 30 minutes. Not much as far as special features go either (less than what was included on last year's Toy Story of Terror). But... this is quality material and an outstanding presentation make this a must-own (especially at the price point).

Very good short movie that the whole family enjoys. Only complaint is length of time of movie compared to the cost. You pay for a full feature but only get a film which is 25 minutes. Besides length of film the plot and characters including voices fits in well with the other movies.

Huge delight for any age group! "Toy Story That Time Forgot" is a good story that anyone who enjoys Woody, Buzz Light Year and friends in their adventures will Love! Our 2year old Grandson thought this movie was the Best thing on this side of the Mississippi! Good Family Entertainment!

If you love Disney/Pixar then you'll appreciate this short. As always, it's a clever and fun story told of Pixar's classic characters. It could be a little longer, so while I recommend it to any avid Disney/Pixar fan, if you can get it on sale that would be the way to go.

Toy Story is possibly my favorite Pixar film, so when it comes to adding to the story, I'm often concerned. However, I really appreciated this fun-loving short that expanded the universe by introducing new toys and going deeper into some of the lesser known favorites.

Toy Story is one of my favorite franchises. They're great movies, but there have never been any holiday releases until now. Not actually a Christmas short as such, but does take place on Christmas and makes some mention of the holiday. As well it should, they're toys.

At first, I thought this film would be centered around the entire Toy Story characters, but instead, it's centered more on Trixie. That, though, isn't a bad thing since we finally get a chance to know Trixie a bit more here. She's a lot more likable than ever!

I have always enjoyed the toy story shorts, and this one does not disappoint! The cast always shines, and the story never fails. Even with such short stories that they are. Pixar really knows what they're doing. If you're a fan at all, I recommend this fun story!

An enjoyable enough continuation to the Toy Story series. Recommended for anyone who enjoys the characters and movies. This was a tv special so it is only about 22 minutes long, so if you don't have time for a full movie, throw this in!

It is always fun to see the characters that have become cultural icons work through a new problem. The plot seems a bit repetitive... remember when Buzz didn't know he was a toy ? The animation was great. The humour and romance were good too.

Only bad thing about the movie was that it was too short. Nice to see the characters. Also the addition of many new ones. New Family twists. Wish they could make another full length movie, but this works too. Digital makes it an even better buy.

My family and I are Disney/Pixar fans through and through and we just had to have this latest installment of Toy Story to round out our collection. As always the quality of product put out by the Disney/Pixar team is incredible and fun.

The direct-to-DVD offerings from Pixar are a far cry from the DTDVD movies of years past in that they are as entertaining as they are legit. Featuring the same voice talents from the film's, this one is funny, well-made and well priced.

It's a fun little addition to the Toy Story world but it is short( less than an hour). My son loves Toy Story and he really enjoys it. If you are a fan I recommend as long as you don't pay to much ($15 feels like a fair price point?

Great little movie about our favorite toys. What a great way to stay in touch with these great characters till the next installment of this movie franchise comes along! Loved this short film and a great story to boot !!!!
