    The energy-efficient design is great just make sure the devises you are connecting with have their own power source. My wifi router didn't and draws on the ethernet wire for power. It wouldn't power up and there is no over ride for the energy-efficient on-off.

    The switch was just a needed add-on since the ISP provided router ONLY has 4 LAN ports. Love the price and quick delivery. Works for what I needed for...additional ports!

    What can I say bought this small switch to attach a few computers through a wired internet electrical outlet. Plug it in, plug in the devices, voila it works great. Plenty of bandwidth..

    We use this switch as part of our wireless home theater setup. Use power line adapter to bring the internet into the room and this switch to give internet to the PS4 XBOX and the Fire TV
