This works fine, although it didn't solve the problem I was having which apparently is not due to the adapter. It helped but didn't solve.

My built in wireless card was not working properly and I had to reboot endlessly to keep an internet connection. I tried to update the driver softward to no avail. So I took a chance on buying this usb wifi card and it works perfectly. Easy to use and a very good purchase for me.

I bought this instead of buying a usb for data transfer from a misunderstanding. BUT instead of returning … it sped up my game to perfection. If you need your micro increased ITS THIS!! It’s like steroids to connections for any use with out buying an expensive SPECTRUM plan / equipment.

I knocked one star off because you can’t edit the MAC address on this which is what I wanted to do to be able to set it to my fire sticks MAC address temporarily so I could connect to the hotel wifi

If you are having difficulty establishing a stable Wi-Fi connection at the adapter's location, please first ensure your router's Wi-Fi signal is sufficiently stable in that location, and that physical obstructions (walls, metal objects, etc.) are minimized between the router and the adapter.
