      Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding our product.

      We are sorry to hear that our device did not perform as expected or as you may have originally anticipated.

      All of the feedback submitted about too close indicators is 100% normal, as indicated within the products' quick installation guide.

      Once the extender is complete and the LED indicators on the front display "too close" you must simply unplug the extender and move it to a further location within your home.

      Please keep in mind wireless extenders will only repeat or extend the signal they receive and should not be within the same room or general vicinity of your main router.

      We'll be more than happy to address the concerns you have about your Range Extender.

      If you haven't noticed a significant improvement in Wi-Fi coverage and stability after installing the device, we recommend relocating the unit to a position in your home where the router's Wi-Fi signal is sufficiently strong; yet far enough from the router to effectively extend its range. Please verify the “RE” status LED is indicating a solid connection.

      If you haven't noticed a significant improvement in Wi-Fi coverage after installing the device, we recommend relocating the unit to a position in your home where the router's Wi-Fi signal is sufficiently strong; yet far enough from the router to effectively extend its range.

      We also would recommend trying the Customize SSID feature, which allows you to create a separate name for the extender; allowing your devices to more easily differentiate between it and the router.
