Tried to rub off to get airtime pin and the paper tore off leaving the card unreadable. Called customer service to see if I could get another one to replace it (and send the damaged one back). I was told they would credit the cost back to my BB credit card as a one time gesture. Have not received confirmation of that. I would have preferred to just get a new card in the mail.
