owned this phone for about a year and is a good product when it is working. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Phone geeks are rude and not helpful except for Landon and Alex. Landon spent 2 hours on my phone and tracphone customer service to get my account usable when earlier Alexander told me to buy a new phone card and was rude when I went back to the phone counter to ask where the cards were. Days earlier when i went to the other techstation the geeks were brusque and behaved as if i was a burden they that they could not wait to get away from me and run into the back room. I was polite the through the whole experience but was not respected by these people. Alex and Landon were the exception and I am grateful for there persaverence in getting my Samsung tracphone working properly. I have bought a $200.00 annual tech support and informed each of the customer service people in the Billings Best Buy store. Also in the past 3 years I have bought a Hewlet Packard pc, a 54 inch tv and and $300.00 tv stand.

Tracfone service is the best and this unlimited talk and text card with 1 GB of data is all you need to stay coonected if you dont use all the data within 30 days it rolls over to the next month as long you purchase and activate your service card.

I ordered the SS J7 cell phone ONLINE and it was delivered to store. I made appointment to setup & transfer info from my 5 year old ATT cell phone. Since I didn't have a TracFone we needed a prepaid card at store and that got the phone running for a month. I would do it again.

I no longer had any data on my phone and this was a quick and easy way to add the data to my phone. The sales person at Best Buy was knowledgeable and very courteous in helping us find the card to purchase.

The smartphone card was easy to use. Just call the 800 number and they add it to your tracfone with no problems. You definitely get your moneys worth with unlimited talking and texting. I recommend this card to anyone who does a lot of texting.

We recently started using prepaid minutes to support mobile communications. Its more convenient to replenish minutes on-demand across multiple devices and conserve data. We purchase several in advance to maintain inventory.

Use to do the yearly plan, but tracphone no longer offers it. This plan is a good step up for me . Very pleased

All of the minutes that we needed we available to us, since one of our phones needed replaced, and without being able to shut down the cloud, the insurance wouldn't accept the breakage

Glad they carry the phone card I needed for my Trac Phone and so much easier to get in and out than Walmart it all way in back of the store as well here it closer to front

With rollover internet, I’ve found this to be the best deal for the $$. I use my internet regularly outside of WiFi and still rollover good amounts of data. Caveat, I don’t do a ton of streaming off WiFi.

This $20 plan with 1 GB of data and unlimited calls and texts works really well for me since I use Wi-Fi most of the time. Whether or not it will work for you depends on how much data you use every month.

I buy a card every month just so i have an extract phone number and service for any problems that may have occurred with a different provider

Purchased this with a Tracfone - very easy to add the value of the card to the phone. Incremental value of these cards allowed me to get only as much data as was needed.

I've been buying my $20 Tracfone Smartphone cards for 4 months and I've had absolutely no problems. I'm very happy with the service. and would recommend Tracphone to everyone.!

After Buying The Trac Fone 3GB Card It Worked Great With My Cell Phone This Would Be Great For Anyone Wanting To Buy Extra GB Text And Data For There Cell Phones.

Love bought this for the prepaid I phone 6s just make sure your using your home wifi when at home or work wifi if at work etc that way you don't use your gigabytes
