a good starter phone, easy to use for a beginner, and for the money you can't beat it

I don't know what I want in a new phone so I got a pay as you go for now..It's pretty good for what it was purchased for..

Phone was easy to set up and use. For someone who is older and not very tech savoy it was a good phone, easy to use.

This was a purchase for my dad. He's a senior citizen and just needs a plain phone in case of emergency. It has large button which is great.

For a basic phone it's fine. Some of the tasks are confusing if you try doing more than just phone calls. It's not like my LG phone. I bought this for my wife and she has trouble trying to text and do anything more than using it as a simple phone.

If you are looking for a solid simple phone, this is the one. It has good standby battery life and is not overly complicated.

After buying this phone it was activated at the store. When I got home I found that the screen was not working. I called Tracfone and after speaking to a couple people was told they would replace the phone in 3-5 business days. after 10 days I contacted them again and was told there was something missing from my form and I should receive the new phone in 3-5 days, which I did. When I tried to activate the new phone it wouldn't work either. I again contacted Tracfone and found out the SIM card was defective. They sent a new card and I installed it with some success. Tracfone was helpful but the process took a lot of time. The phone was for my mother who would never had been able to get it up and going. Also, I was sent a refurbished phone that was a different style and I now have to go online to get instructions on how to use it. It is worth the money but a bit frustrating to get going.

Does the job. I bought this phone for my 18 year old son. He is happy with it.

Needed an extra phone for calls only. This is easy to use with a variety of clear ring tones. No contract means I can choose how much to use and no time commitment.
