    Very small compact slim phone good if you want something little and not bulky. Sometimes hard to hear it ringing. I wish it had a louder ringtone BC sometimes I don't hear it when it's at bottom of my purse.

    I am very pleased with the Tracfone. It is simple to use. Good reception. We have it as a backup emergency phone. PLUS get double the minutes.

    Bought this for my elderly mother. Large keys and thin body (which are nice features).. But no apparent Volume controls (neither keys, rocker switch, nor software setting controls). The menu directional control toggle ring (for Left, Right, Up, Down) is thin and hard to press for someone with long finger nails. LCD screen image is just O.K. in terms of sharpness and color.
