It does everything I need it to do I use it as a second phone

I bought this for my elderly father. Great phone and value.

This is just a phone for a young child, The Best Buy (Briggs) was extremely helpful and we will look for him again when we shop to assist us.

This very simple phone was just what I needed. Did not want a lot of extra bells and whistles.

The phone is user friendly and cheap (price; not quality). I would recommend for anyone using it just for texting and talking.

got it for my brother as an emergency phone because he breaks his phone so often. Lives states away so we gave him this to make sure we can contact him to make sure he hasnt died

customer service is a nightmare.Try to understand their reps is next to impossible,plus the connection is horrible.The phone itself is a good dealand works well.

Bought this for my son as an emergency phone to carry in his backpack. Much more cost-effective than having him on my big carrier post-paid plan. Wish the battery life was a bit better, but otherwise it's been fine.

I decided to separate my computing power from my calling power years ago. This is a simple flip-phone with great reception and great basic options. The audio is clear, and if you aren't so important that you need to spend unlimited minutes talking on a mobile phone every month, then this is a perfect phone for you. Also: having a flip phone means no butt-dialing!

Just needed a phone to port over my number temporarily

This was for my mother and she managed not to break this or reprogram it. She has the uncanny knack to mess up any electronic device except this. It is a basic flip phone and does what it needs.

There's nothing you can really say about this phone other than its your basic flip phone. Oh and it works.

I LOVE THE RADIO IF I CAN KEEP IT TO MYSELF MY DAUGHTER HAS IT MORE THEN I DO AND IT'S MY PHONE WELL THE RADIO IS VERY CLEAR THAT'S WHY I CHOOSE THIS PHONE IT'S A BACKUP BUT I LOVE THE MUSIC
