Upgraded from 1st gen iPhone SE to this one. Very pleased with new phone. Especially appreciate the speed of the new phone over the old, the camera, and the additional memory. The slightly larger keyboard is easier to use as well. Was able to transfer my phone number and Tracfone minutes, text and Data balances to the new phone.

I love that I could get a brand new IPhone SE to work on the Tracfone network. The service is great, the storage and speed is wonderful. The camera is versatile and takes great portraits! I love it! It came in the mail quickly!

I am very pleased with my new phone, its perfect in size and i have too say I love the camera so much. I have only used android but switching over too ios was easy and iam enjoying the process.

Got this phone for my wife for Mother’s Day .All she needs it for is a couple of phone calls a day.Great phone for what she needs it for. Salesman set it up put screen protector on and everything. Thanks for the help

This was a purchase for my daughter and her first smart phone. It is really convenient and a good price. The service is also really good for being prepaid and not too expensive.

The new iPhone SE I purchased from your Best Buy on West Charleston works great. My previous phone was the iPhone 6s, but I accidentally dropped it and severely cracked the screen. So I got tired of looking at a cracked screen and I slid my finger across the screen to access my phone and got a little glass sliver in my finger. It was definitely time to upgrade to a new phone. I normally shop your store on Maryland Parkway, but West Charleston was the only one that had the SE in stock. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Best Buy to anyone looking for electronic devices because of the great prices and excellent customer service.

Exactly what my husband needed after his old iPhone died! Reasonably priced and arrived a day earlier than scheduled.

This is my second Tracfone iPhone SE. We now have 3 of these in the family. Apple quality and function for the phone. Tracfone has an array of plans for infrequent phone users to heavy users. Both automated and live service assistance from Tracfone has been very good.

Perfect size. Apple engineering. What’s not to like at this price point?

There are many points of the phone that I cannot use yet. I need some help and I have to wait for relatives to come so they can guide me.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter and she loves everything about it.

Never worked well. Had poor service with Tracphone. When I moved the phone to another carrier Tracphone was not cooperative.

First off: this may not be an accurate review of the product itself. Gave one star because BestBuy was not able to activate the phone and when they finally said they did two weeks after, the person to whom I gave this as a gift said that TracFone said they had no activation on the cell phone and could not set up the new phone. Then the person went back to BestBuy, they replaced it with a refurbished iPhone8... Very disappointing...
