I was having the new phone delivered to her. I bought this Tracfone as an interim so that I could at least be communicating. It worked great. The staff at Best Buy were really helpful and accommodating. In the course of a really stressful experience altogether they really came through.

Good in a pinch

My iphone 15 took a crap and I needed something cheap I could text and do social media on. This phone did not disappoint. Yes you can tell it's a cheap phone but in a pinch it's great. Will keep on hand for future phone emergencies.

Also, it doesn't seem to respond to touch very well. I try to enter my pin and I have to press extraordinarily hard for it to register anything. And trying to play a game (nothing too fancy or taxing, just something like TETRIS) on it is a nightmare. It would lag and lag and take forever to load something. 0.5 out of 5 stars, would NOT recommend.

Quality exceeds the $32 price.

The Bluetooth does not connect in one of my vehicles and the keypad seems to freeze up often. Pic quality is okay. To sum it up, it is a $32 smart phone and the quality is about what I expect for the price.
