Bought this to fix a bad SIM card that intermittently worked. Unboxed item and followed the steps provided. Within 5 minutes the new sim was set up and ready to go. Nice and simple fix that took very little time to set up and couldn’t be happier.

Easy to install and a very cheap option for a cellphone. If you need just talk it's a good option.

Been using TracFone for years. New phone. New SIM. Getting number switched to new phone took nearly 2 hours of minutes. Card and concept are fine. Since being bought by Verizon, their Ap doesn't recognize my phone even though using a TracFone SIM

Cant beat this for $1.00 & it works well. I did have to call tracfone for activation which i normally do online

We purchased a basic smartphone for a visiting guest so he'd have a US-working cellphone during his lengthy stay. We purchased the Tracfone minutes plan so that he wouldn't have to enroll with an ongoing cell provider. This fits his needs perfectly, and the store employee who assisted us was outstanding , patiently explaining alternatives helping us activate this service.

I was given an unlocked iPhone SE (2nd Gen) that I wanted to use for DoorDash food deliveries. As I have used Tracfone with other phones, this sim kit was exactly what I needed to activate the phone! It was simple to install and activate, and now I have a fully functional iPhone for $15 a month for the service!

Worked with no problem. I was told I need a SIM replacement after Best Buy closed the night before (I really wished SIM card is sold at 24/7 stores!) To make an internet call for phone company’s C/S using Wifi at BestBuy helped while my phone hasn’t worked yet. Thank you so much, BestBuy.

The price is great but wish the store could have set it up for me. I'm still having trouble getting it set up. My husband has Tracfone and loves it so thought I would switch away from high priced ATT.

Very disappointed with Trac phone.coverage was terrible. I was a NET10 customer for a long time and my service stopped working. Verizon bought both companies and I have talked to several people who used Trac phone and have had similar issues. Their customer service phone lines were very unsuccessful helping resolve my issues. I switched to mint mobile and am very pleased with their service. If I could give Trac phone less than one star I would
