Got as a gift and didn't want it, so I returned it.

The on button is on the side not the back were it is easier

This is the worst LG phone I ever bought. Harder to use than the LG Rebel phones. What happened here is the phone won't let you move any and all apps to the SD Card for people who need it. The phone is useless if it won't let you move all apps to it, not a single one. I am returning it to the store and exchange it, but LG needs to make sure that all of their Android phones, it will at least let you move some apps to the SD card rather than none like for other LG Models. I am not happy.

Did not work, had to call manufacture and they could not get phone to text or make calls. Would only connect to WiFi. Do not recommend

Lost about 390 minutes doing this transaction. Not happy about that. Seems all you do is activate the phone and then customer is on their own to figure out how it works.

this LG Journey audio went way down. i had this TRACFONE for about 4 wks. when the sound become min. and could not be remedied. Delana McNeal

Problem with volume not able to hear a ringtone or text

It may be a good phone but not for me. I cant use it!! Even if it worked out in my yard(the only place I can get enough bars to use it ( sometimes ! ) I'm not standing out here in 95 degree heat to talk on the phone. As soon as I contact TracFone I will be sending in back.

Previously owned an LG Rebel which was very easy to use. Tracfone said service would not be supported after 12/31/20. I bought this LG Journey. There is NOTHING easy about using this phone. If you're looking for something similar to the Rebel, this is NOT it!!

I think the phone is broken. When I press on the phone symbol to answer a call it didn’t work. I had to exchange it.

Most reviews are not tweakers, and modders. Sure this phone is locked and no root or recovery options for now. Pie (Android 9.0) is the shizzle twizzle. So who needs rooting or modding, right? Ok, enough hype! Down and dirty is where I be. I have yet to hear facts from reviews so here is my review. Yes this phone is Volte complient. Sim and provider allows voice or video calls over ip. Just enable HD voice and your on it. I dumped Google bloatware by using adb uninstall commands. Installed Verizon messaging plus and Verizon Visual Voicemail, and Skype. All you will ever need on a phone. I dumped my 68gb music library on to a 128 gb sd card. Yep don't let the specs fool you, capacity is allowed by os. Hardware can accept 128 gb just fine. Pushed all apps to install to SD card, by enabling Developer tools. The option is at the end of the list. Setup battery mode, sleep mode and added pixel Device Health and family apps to run in combination to allow customers sleep times with battery and data options. The phone uses zero power in 24 hrs of sleep mode. You really don't need a big battery. Just fine tune the settings. There are plenty of options to choose from... so plan on 20 minutes of sorting out all the options. The os has 3 gb setup for the system partition. Any good file manager with root access will show what the system partition holds. Another issue with dumb azzz reviewers who push more expensive phones because of specs. Don't read the box, use a system tool to show you what's inside. So it's a 4 core phone... most 8 core phones have a bug with using all 8 cores. Just look it up, even the best phones with 8 cores have issues. 4 cores are fine enough, and do just fine. Bluetooth file transfer is unrestricted, I have yet to find a file type it will not allow to transfer across to another device. Bluetooth 5.0 rocks! One reason why this phone spanks others at the same price range. Camera... who really uses a phone for a camera? It's a phone! Well if you really need to have a video conversation then the front or rear cam does just fine. Blacks are black and pretty clear... though I had to use a free HD cam app to unlock the camera's full features. The issues small as they be, are with the stock camera app. I recommend setting up the tracfone app to manage your wifi and data. It helps with keeping the best signal, and limits data while on wifi. One quirk with 9.0... Sleep mode really is like hibernation. You must wake then press power key and wake again to force the system out of deep sleep, as to detect your in your managed GPS or bluetooth zone for automatic unlocking. Or you can just push in your code to unlock. Coming from 8.0, 9.0 is so much better! It's like why did I choose 8.0 on a phone to begin with? This is the first Android phone I never had to flash a custom rom or make my own mods to. Everything is there, you just have to find the setting. For me the main setting that I use daily is high contrast. Two apps that are a must have outside of pixel Device Health, are DNS66, to push your custom hosts file for ad blocking... MS Edge browser, as it it's superior to chrome, in every way... a quick toggle enabler app, to unlock hidden toggle tiles. I lock my home screen after its all setup, to keep finger drags from messing with wigets. No moto E5 or E6 functions and feel like it. The only better cheap phone is the Samsung A10 but it is a wee more expensive, and has touchwiz. A hidden features I don't use is dual apps. You can force dual apps on all apps in developer options. Technically you can run two what's app simultaneously. I don't get it, as why would you have two accounts? Email, Calander, Playstore and a few others does multiple accounts... just don't get it.

Needed touch-screen media player for my son. Most cost twice as much as this. This phone without service, makes an excellent wifi discord, media player, basic camera and light gaming device. I installed Nova Launcher to give it a better interface. Added 64GB card for mp3's and movies. Tap the software version number multiple times in settings until it's in dev mode, enable USB debugging, then it connects easily to computer for file transfer. Perfect for my son and cheaper than any alternative this good.

Nice looking phone, I ordered it for my mom and she loves the 32 gb storage capacity and the features... However, it seems like they decided to make the phone extra slippery because lack of texture on the back, other then that it's a great phone at an affordable price.

This is a nice phone for the car .just in case .. Now days you can't find a pay phone . we live in a lonely wooded area . not many houses around . this. Is a little extra protection

I am now out of the dark ages. Super phone for the price!! Would not hesitate to recommend this phone to anyone. GREAT for seniors. Super value !
