    I have a land line , so I don't use it all the time . & I am not good @ technology, & with a little bit of help from Best Buy assistant , I'm set to go . So far I love it !!

    The gal that helped me was outstanding. She was professional and informative. She set up everything up for me and my phone functioned peerfectly. I will be going back to that store.

    I bought this for my 11 year old so I can keep in touch with him. Has great parental controls and no worries about going over on data. Works on wifi also. Very pleased so far

    works great, reat price...best part was the Best Buy tech who set it up and transferred minutes from my old phone. Learning curve is high for me as I am not tech savy.

    It was good, til it was actually needed. Then, calls wouldn't connect, screen would stay black, Bluetooth didn't work, speaker wouldn't work, just a total waste of money.

    First of all i just received the phone on Tuesday June 28th. Where it's been I don't know. But it was on my door step on Tuesday the 29th. Need to return the phone. Never been open. Why should I have to pay a $45 dollar restock fee?
