MOBILE CALLING IS AFFECT BY INTRERNETING WITH OTHER WEB SUPPORT. THE FOCUS IS ON THE STORE THAT PEOPLE ARE BUYING. MOST SALE CAUSE COSTUMER TO USE TABLET.
ACESS IN NETWORK IS LESS THAN THE OTHER SYSTEM. THE LARGER OPERATOR IS BEST USAGE IN THE WIFI CALLING. THE CELL CALLING GETS CUT OFF BY MANY USAGE OF WIFI.

II usually stick with moto phones. They are definitely better than most Samsungs or off-brand phones in the same price range. This was not a great experience and I'm not sure why. From start to finish it didn't work and I bought 2 of them! The first one had issues since activation. I tried to activate online and received an error saying it would take 48 hours?? Never even heard of that before however, it doesn't matter because even after 48hrs it didn't work. Wound up calling to activate but had more issues! Even the tech was baffled. Somehow it was registering my old phone ( same model) as the new phone and new sim# ( which came preinstalled in the phone) so the tech/agent told me it was showing as the phone I was calling from. How is it possible to have 2 phones, 2 sims, both activated to the same line. After a very long time working with the support tech, it just started working. I was happy.... Until I realized half of my calls and texts were still going to the old phone .. sometimes!? I would literally get pish notifications on old, text codes on new?? Anyway so I exchanged it... In store at the register the cashier couldn't get the box to scan.. after waiting forever, finally got a manager to override it and I took it home to activate it. This time I was told the phone was showing up as never being bought/still in store/ looked like I had stolen it! Basically, not scanning it made it unactivated and my account was locked. From them on I would need to call to activate the phone... But I couldn't call because I had no phone! I went back to the store to have them fix it and they had no more of this phone left. They refunded it but left me stuck with no phone. I asked the sales staff to help me by allowing me to call to reactivate my original phone.( Cracked screen) So I could at least leave with a phone and I was told it wouldn't be possible! All around a horrible experience! I would say the blame would be split equally between best buy and the actual product. I'm leaning towards the product being tracfone's fault not the moto phone as most of the issues were because of the sim card issues not the phone itself. Honestly review. FYI, best buy did contact me after I posted a bad review on google but only asked me to forward it to them on Facebook?! Yeah sure, because asking me to take even more time to deal with terrible customer service and faulty product is exactly what I want to do right?! How about a gift card or you can forward the google review if that's how it's done because altogether I wasted 3 full days dealing with it and left empty-handed and waiting another 5 days for my money back! Common sense prevails!

Phone is good quality for the price, the camera performed ok and did well in low light. I would recommend for a starter phone. I bought it for my son who is 12, the screen didn't last long, so a case and screen protector should be considered.

I got this to replace a phone I lost. I had some problem activating it to my old phone number as it required a verification code texted to a cell phone that I had not set up yet.

My last cell phone was at least ten years old, so this one has more stuff than it did. Took a bit to get acquainted with it, but I like it, take it everywhere! TracFone customer service was a big help and very patient with me on setting it up.
