bought a moto g play 2024 and it got stuck in bootloop. Returned and same issue w new one same model. Took it in to Germantown and I said I need replacement or fixed no cost. They wouldn't replace because second one but both same month. They said I missed 15 days by three days.

I have yet to figure this phone out and the manual/directions are unreadable. I am taking it back to the store that I purchased it from to attempt to get help in using the phone, Cheap phone but not worth what I paid.

If you are an Apple/iPhone user, avoid Tracfone/Motorola/Google/Android pre-pay cell phones. That way lies madness. If you are a Google/Android user, you might stand a chance. Struggle to get Tracfone to activate the phone. Struggle to add minutes. Appear to have it set up and working..... next day additional Google/Android hoops to try to jump through.... next day even more hoops... phone won't ring. They can call me, but I can't hear them.... Texting tested good, now doesn't work. I can call them, but it says they are not available, but adds the call to their Recents list. Basically, if you are an Apple/iPhone user (even with years of tech experience).... you are toast. Admittedly, the same may hold for Google/Android users who try Apple/iPhone.
Getting them a cheap iPhone tomorrow.

It's not a bad phone for 50 bucks, but it's kind of terrible. The screen doesn't register most the time. It's slow but for 50 bucks it's not bad.

Horrible I had to go to best buy 4 times for them to still not correct the issue I purchased 40 unlimited plan they never gave the pin to me in the email once I got it weeks later they gave me the wrong plan and my phone only worked for one day before it got shut off I gave up this is at the Portland Oregon best buy close to Sunnyside

Spent an hour on the phone with Tracfone customer service, and Wi-Fi calling still will not activate. Called Motorola customer service, but because it was Tracfone, they REUSED TO HELP ME!!! Said I had to call Tracfone.

This phone was easy to set up and add privacy protection guards for my 13 yo son. The screen is large, clear and crisp. He loves taking photos, which all come out beautifully on this model.

I Love My Motorola!

I've been exceptionally pleased with my Motorola phone. Using it is a delight! Outstanding quality for a very good price. The screen is just the right size and gives a crystal-clear display. The phone charges quickly and holds plenty of power. I've had not a moment's trouble with my Motorola, and would buy another one.
