Great item works great and does all I need it to do

Well I bought this for a homeless gentleman and thought he should have a phone for safety snd to keep in touch with family, all in all I feel better and I know he is a little safer carrying around his new phone ! He did set it up and he loves it ,thanks Best Buy !!! Also. Best buy was definitely courteous and respectful when the individual I was buying the phone for came in the store and much respect to the Beaumont Ca store for having such respect and compassion and he was treated like a human being ,thanks again Best Buy !!

It’s a really great phone for the price, you can’t go wrong! My kids use it and they have no complaints but I did notice it’s a little laggy when scrolling through apps but it’s a big screen and there’s actually decent phone cases online to get for it.

The best Tracfone I have owned to date, it offers you all the options of a high-end smartphone without being tied to a monthly contract and you can get phone cards that cover everything or just data so you can get mote data without wasting money on phone and text you don't need.

This phone was a gift to upgrade an existing tracfone. Still new, but so far working well. Very easy to set up and use.

It was a great experience. Felt like I was at driving up to a car lot with a bunch of hungry car salesman. It’s always a treat.

Nice phone for the price. Also purchased the yearly plan. The price was nice for one year.

Phone seems ok. What's disappointing is no charging cable in box from Motorola. That's now going to cost more. And it says it uses a 15 watt charger- that doesn't exist as per Motorola customer service.
