For a budget friendly phone the battery life is pretty long. The battery last for days and recharging to full takes less than an hour. Camera quality is decent. 4gb of RAM is difficult to work with, especially when watching Youtube.

This product function really great for the price and does exactly what a phone should. Has all the same capabilities as any other popular phones in the market

The internet works A LOT BETTER on this model. It's well worth the money. The phone camera takes nice, sharp pictures too. The Trac customer service reps are nice too. They're very helpful. One of them helped me get the phone set up so I could keep my phone number.

Seems like this might be a very popular phone model and this was a fantastic price because it was locked into my provider. The screen color is vibrant and easy to read, not too heavy to carry, seems sturdy, fast response, and I like the "button" positioning.

Phone has apps apon apps. Its always asking me questions. Interupting what i am doing. Maybe a younger person would enjoy all the extras. I dont.

I'm kind of a fan of the Samsung ecosystem - it seems to have lots of potential because it's so big and open, but it seems to fight with whatever native operating system its using (be it Windows or Android, like on this phone) which may contribute to the slow performance. It takes like up to 10 seconds to just take a photo. Uploading to TikTok is a disaster. All things considered though pretty good for $50

Essentially worthless device, since would not connect to WiFi. After encountering this problem, and researching it on-line, I found that it is a KNOWN problem that has not been remedied by Samsung. I tried every bit of advice from Samsung, and from other users; nothing worked. If you intend ever to connect your phone to WiFi, avoid this device like poison.

Its ok for the price. But realistically its only 1gb of ram which makes it really slow and laggy. They force you to download updates that forcefully take up ram to make the phone near unusable and make it overheat just from opening a simple app like the calculator or weather app.
