As my introduction to a smart phone it is amazing all the communication features that are available. Finding new ways to use phone every day. Only problem with phone is that it indicates it is being charged after disconnecting charge cord and it keeps chiming.Time to have a tech help me correct that.

Phone is ok for cheap smart phone. It can text and accept phone calls. Don't really use it for the web. Not impressed with the camera. The clock is really bad. You think it would be able to keep the time right,

This is a very nice android phone with lots of features such as voice dialing, apps, GPS, internet access, music and much more. A very good phone for the price.

I purchased this tracfone as an upgrade from a cheaper model of tracfone. I like having the smartphone ability. The phone freezes once in awhile but I can deal. Love tracfone. My family members all have one.

You can do everything you want with this phone. Easy to load apps and many are free. Good picture and sound quality when watching something online. Easy to understand set up instructions . With Tracfone you can download a step by step instruction booklet that helps you do things you want to do with this phone.

For basic usage, such as quick internet searches, email, texting, and calling, this thing gets the job done. It's Android operated, so you get the benefits that come with such an operating system. Don't expect a powerhouse here; it's more of a phone for those less accustomed to smartphones but perfectly agreeable to using such devices.

Phone provides the service I need at a reasonable price.

First cell phone I have owned, purchased for emergency only. Very pleasantly surprised at how many features available on the phone at a very minimum cost.

I am new to cell phones the price and plan were very attractive. So far I am slowly learning to use it. I need to take one of the classes best buy offers. The actual manual is huge and can be downloaded. So far so good

bought this to replace an old flip phone thers so much you can do with this phone at a low coast and the single comes in everywhere

I do not like the fact that icons keep jumping around the screens, the erratic messages notifications, the dropped calls, the unwanted ads that appear, the fact that it is not easy to use, that no directions on its usage and functions were included with the phone, and so on. This phone was recommended by your staff. I am not pleased!

Bought the phone to give to my young children for emergencies, not wanting to add them to my phone plan, has been a great alternative and a lot cheaper than getting an extra line with my carrier.

I don't like the keyboard: too small. I love the battery life. I DON'T LIKE THAT THE PHONE GETS WARM IF A CALL LASTS MORE THAN A COUPLE MINUTES!!!!!

One of the best phone for Tracfone. It is no Samsung Galaxy S but it does handle all the basic tasks nicely. It has access to all apps in the Google Play store. The phone is slow but it is expected since it is not Samsung's flagship model. However, compared to the other smartphones on Tracfone, it is the clear choice.

The phone from Best Buy does have a much better charger than the one I received from amazon, however, the phones could be better. The batteries runs down quickly, the phones freeze almost daily, and the screens are a bit small for internet browsing. They does hold a lot of apps. I also installed a 360 Security free app, and I'm glad I did. Overall, I'll look to another brand of wifi phone, next time, if Samsung fails to redesign this model.
