The phone is nice. I had an old fashion phone and this modern one is nice! It did take a little time to learn all the new buttons, but once that was done things are good!

Great phone my Samsung is easy to use and a nice step up from my old phone.

This is a Tracfone that makes me happy! Not only can I actually have service when I turn it on, but it is a smart phone that does all that I need. I can read my email, use the internet, make phone calls, read the news, listen to music, and take pictures. The best part, no contract!

This phone is a good basic smartphone that does fine for phone, text and simple data.

Our daughter was a little young for her own phone but we wanted to be able to contact her as she was in many sports and school activities. This phone allows us to control her usage more effectively until she is older and mature enough to use it responsibly.

This is a entry level android phone with good reception that has no commitment to monthly charges or contract to sign. You simply buy minutes, data (mb) to your account as needed.

My first smartphone. I don't use a cell phone a whole lot, so it works well for me. Instructions were simple and straight forward.

I bought this phone to replace a lower model tracfone and to also replace my Ipod touch that died. The WiFi feature of the phone is terrific...Connects every time and works perfectly. The phone itself works great and call quality is clear and reliable! This screen is a little smaller than other higher priced Smartphones, but very usable. Compared to the higher end Smartphones, you cant beat this one for the price. Im very happy with it. So happy, I bought my wife one also!

Service was good, easily found the movies, and the price was right, I like buying the movies, because I can watch them when I want to and maybe watch them again.

While this no way completes with the top-of-the-line smartphones in the hands of an experienced user, I have found what I needed and wanted at this time.

I wanted to try a smartphone from Tracfone. The Samsung works on the Verizon network, which I needed because the GSM phones dont work in our area. The phone is solid. Battery life is excellent. I haven't had any dropouts. I like the speakerphone option. Overall, I like what I ended up with.

This phone I personally like very much because of course it is a NO contract deal and I have been used to that kind of service for a few years now and haven't had any type of problem at all.The screen is pretty bright & clear. It's a little bit advanced for this 70 year old but slowly I'm picking up a little bit of knowledge every day. I bought a lovely case for it as I am a cluts. I love the camera and am amazed how clear the pictures come out. Haven't text yet but I'm getting there.

Quality is typical Samsung. I' familiar with the Android system, so learning this phone was easy. It was easy for "old Hands" to handle once I put it in an external case. A more square cornered case would help.
