Some things are cheaper at Wal-Mart but Best Buy answers questions and certainly gives far more guidance and instruction with electronics. That is very important for those of us who suffer from technology impairments! Thank You

Great customer service, was able to pick up extra memory for photos with their help. Using phone battery is worn , must charge often, does not last 7 days on standby as advertised. Considering pricing new Lithium battery. Use phone very little though so I can charge each night.

The pay as you go plan lets you only pay for time as you use it, or need it, instead of paying exorbitant costs for the initial phone and being locked into a contract for years.
