This is my 1st smart and I can't be more pleased .The battery last a long time and I can hear my conversations loud and clear.The price was cheap enough and with triple minutes for the life of the phone I think it is a good deal Grand Pa is a happy camper!

The staff are always very helpful. Store is clean and fun to shop at. We needed to replace a prepaid phone that is used occasionally and were able to find the item right away.

I am probably an atypical user since I use very few aps and it is primarily used for checking emails and phone calls. I found the instructions to be very basic and it would have been more difficult using it if I had not already had a Lenovo tablet for over a year that uses the Android system .

Phone itself is fine, but instruction booklet basically useless.

this phone is great if you don't want to spend lots of money on a monthly plan for your children.

Fits my needs perfectly. Bought the Samsung Tracfone w/ 3xphone, data, text. The only thing I don't like is it does not come with a owners manual. You have to download it off the Samsung site.

Wish it was a little easier to understand how to use all its features as my last phone was a basic flip phone.

best option for my pre-teen. uses wifi in place of data, and no contract!... should of bought one for my older teen when we got her a phone. now im stuck in a contract that pays way too much. Bonus on this phone is 3X the minutes when you need to buy them.

I am not a heavy phone user but I found this TracPhone a great compromise. It is my first smart phone.

A good phone at a very reasonable price. Works great and easy to learn.

A very nice prepaid phone. My only complaint is you have to go to a computer and look up remaining minutes. My other phones had this information very handy on phone.

Wasn't sure I would like a "smart phone" as I am not permanently attached to my phone, but I really like this phone and it is easy to use.

I bought this for my son so he would have a smartphone without a contract. So far, it works well enough. My big complaint is that understanding how to pay for data and for minutes at the store was essentially impossible. We asked multiple sales people. One girl said to read the documentation. But no one could understand the documentation in the store, either. We have available minutes that we transferred from another Tracfone, but the data access has now stopped working. I'm sure I can figure this out, but so far I just don't get it.

I bought this for my nephew so that his mother could keep track of him and he enjoyed playing games on it, while it served its purpose of keeping track of him.

In like the phone, It wasnt that easy to use because i am not so good with the android. Over all it is a really good phone for the price that I paid.

I bought this for my 88 year old mother who wanted a phone to text and use to make long distance calls. After a brief tutorial she was up and running. Definitely serves its purpose and she loves it.

Great value for the price. Quality standard phone.
