We spent four days and more than 12 calls to Tracfone "customer service" in an attempt to resolve the problem. Each time we called, we had to repeat the problem to a different person. It was especially aggravating becsuse we were cut off numerous times. The phone itself seemed fine, and would have more than met our needs if Tracfone could have make it operational.
