Good Quality and good instructions on usage. For someone who doesn't use the cell phone often, tracfone and this style are very good.

Got this for my daughter, only problem she has is we cant figure out how to get the pictures to send, it does same as my old phone and times out, still, I'm thinking about getting one for my self as well...

The 3G signal is 2 bars or less and I live in the middle of a metro area.

Looks good - that is what I thought when I first got this. Well, yeah just for phone it is not bad. I guess some people may like this. However, if you do not like VERY slow computer, simply this is not for you. Well just one word - This is not "smart" phone.

Called 3x's to find out how to get to my passwords, 1st guy couldn't understand, 2nd waited so long hung up, 3rd he didn't really care after 45 min. I said forget it! Went to Best Buy today and salesman finally figured out my passwords weren't used, they ?? gave me a different one for voicemail.

Not enough space to tell you how bad the phone is!

I got this as a replacement for a VTE Valet that the light sensor had quit working right (after only 2 months of use!). I hoped the Samsung Galaxy brand would last longer, and at first I really liked this phone. It felt nice in my hand, and it seemed the interface was slightly smoother if perhaps a little slower than the ZTE. However, within a few hours of owning this phone, I went to open an app and the thing froze. At first I thought it was just a bad app and didn't worry about it because after restarting the phone it seemed fine. I then went on vacation for a week and left the phone off most of the time because I had no service and the phone would die within 8 hours anyway. When I got back home, I noticed that the battery would die by the end of the day even with Wifi off, not using apps, no calls/texts/data use, and the screen brightness at about 30%. I finally figured out that I hadn't turned data off completely (after it had completely used up my data that I hadn't even used other than sending 2 picture messages that failed to send because of being in a no service area). I then turned data off, and I don't use the phone much. Maybe 1 call a day for less than 5 minutes, a couple texts, and check Facebook once a day for about 10 minutes, maybe check my emails once a day and don't really even read/send anything and just look at the subject lines. I mostly use my tablet for anything that I'd use data for. I still can only get about 18 hours out of the phone. A far cry from the 10 days of standby time claimed. But the main problem is that this phone freezes up at least once a day, requiring me to either turn the phone off or if that won't respond, take the battery out to restart it. It has frozen using the camera, opening apps like Facebook, and even on the lock screen! I'm taking it back and hopefully can exchange it for a ZTE Valet. I'm even considering going back to the high-priced contact service instead of Tracfone because I'm so sick of issues with Tracfone phones. This is my fourth phone in about 1-1/2 years of being with Tracfone, all replaced because of performance issues. The cost of replacing so many phones is offsetting the cost savings on minutes/text/data.

i got this phone as my first smartphone it was a little slow of a processor to use advanced apps like games that a over 1GB. it was a very durable phone because i dropped it over 10 times and then the screen cracked. most phone stop working after a few drops.

When it works, I really like the phone. My problem is that I have had it for about 8 months. It totally shuts down for no apparent reason - sometimes several times a day, sometimes less often. Most of the time in order to get it going again, I have to remove & replace the battery, Very frustrating. I emailed Samsung about this with no response. I have a friend with the same phone and the same problem.

Both me and my mother got this phone last December. Hers had to go back because of a bug updating the Android software - it would crash and freeze, never able to complete the update. I had to exchange my phone 3 separate times for various problems from connectivity to screen sensitivity and power up problems. I've been on phone #4 for about three months and am starting to have battery problems, along with frequent crashes. Tracfone has been great about sending me replacements, but I think this model is simply a lemon. Even on good days when it works, it's slow to load anything, no matter how much I've tried optimizing it for speed.

This phone looked good in the reviews. After using them for quite some time, the touch screen is not as responsive as I would like. It seems to play games, at times it will turn off and on by itself.

Biggest problem is the random resetting of the clock back 6 hours. This is a known error, yet nothing has been done to correct the problem. Big problem if you are relying on the phone to be your alarm. Battery drains quickly--even after removing most of the apps. The phone frequently freezes and need to re-start. Loved this phone until the clock issues started and needing to charge the phone every 5 hours with pretty much no use. After 6 months I gave up and changed to the LG Optimus Dynamic 2. Good so far and amazing battery life.

When the phone goes to stand by it won't ring to let you know you a call or signel you have a text most of the time. Even with the phone in stand by if it's in your pocket it will call someone on your contact list. Biggest waste of money

I had my phone only 3 months and would not hold a charge. Returned the phone and got a refurbished phone. It took 3 days to get it working with many hours on the phone. I lost all the minutes I had before the last card I added. They really could care less that it wasn't working. This is not what I expected. I don't use my phone very often is why I chose a Tracfone. But I am disappointed.

I have several Samsung TVs, a laptop and now this phone. It's the only one of their products I'm sorry I bought. Of course, I'm not sure if it's the fault of Samsung, Android/Google or Tracfone, but the erratic, arbitrary behavior of the phone is very annoying. One time something works, the next time it doesn't or it takes 12 tries to get it to do something it did before. I wanted to use up the minutes the old Tracfone was accumulating, but this is worse. There are a gazillion minutes in each of the three categories. There probably will STILL be a half a gazillion when I die......

This was my second smart phone though tracfone and both have been a huge disappoint. The ZTE Valet never worked out the box and and the Samsung locks up daily and I have to remove the battery to reboot it. It does wierd thing on its on, like calls people when it's sitting on my desk. I'll never buy anything else from tracfone. Don't waste your money.
