I wish that I had bought it in the store so Best Buy could help with the transfer of the contacts between the LG and the J2. Unfortunately, I found that is is NOT this user's friendly phone as expected. I cannot get the contacts to transfer from the old LG to the new J2. I have even contacted Samsung at least three times and each solution DOES NOT WORK. I had thought from other reviews for this phone it would be an easy swap. Boy, was I WRONG. The Samsung J2 is SMARTER than I am.
