My husband needed to upgrade and this seemed to be a nice fit without spending 300-400 dollars.I am amazed how fast he's picking up learning an Android. The last phone was a refurbished and it didn't last long ,one year. It's very user friendly and he's enjoying being able to go online to eBay and letsgo,so it was a great choice and under 100 dollars.Thanks best buy

Set up easy. Good screen and size of typeset. Great buy for the price. Have had good service from Tracfone and appreciate access to that service.

Sorry for my nickname but I wasn't happy with my purchase when this name was created. Now on to my review. So far I am very happy with my phone with one exception. The volume of the phone is not nearly strong enough. In order to hear it at all I have to have it on speaker and still it is not that loud. I had an LG before and I didn't have this problem at all. I have a friend that also has a Samsung (different model) and she has the same problem. So I would like to suggest that Samsung check into this problem. I do have my volume as loud as it will go. Otherwise I'm happy with the phone so far. I have not had it that long.

So far I like my J3 much better than the Alcatel I had.The J3 is just larger enough for comfort. The WiFi seems better and the internet quicker.

This is by far the best TracFone I've had yet and best for the price as well I started out with a TracFone flip phone and this is the best thing I've had yet very good phone good photos and it's waterproof what's not to like I always recommend buying from Best Buy they are the best

I find the volume kind of low when listening to music.

my friend has been using old tracfone flip flop for so long. She really admired my galaxy s5, but could not make up her mine if she was ready to update to new technology.She loved the features of my phone.better picture,texting. She took the plunge,and love's her new phone.

I purchased this Samsung Tracfone on sale and it is exactly what I needed as I am now retired, Not only was the phone itself a great deal, but the Tracfone 365 day contract gives me more minutes and texts than I will ever need.

I have been a Tracfone customer for over 5 years. I don't need an unlimited data plan so I have stayed away from the other providers. This is one of the newer phones offered by TracFone and I was looking to upgrade from my older LG. This is a lot faster both Wi-Fi and 4G LTE. Why pay hundreds for a phone and monthly plan when you can get a phone for under $100 and a yearly plan for $100 with unlimited carryover.

I started with a $15 Tracfone. As I upgraded I realized that internal memory was important. I wasn't ready to spend $1000 on a phone but the $99 I spent on this phone was worth every penny. 16G of internal memory was sufficient to explore new apps and functions. Great purchase.

I bought this phone based on the reviews. I found it very easy to activate after Tracfone sent me a SIM card. They forgot to include it in the packaging. I like the features much better than my old LG phone. The camera takes great pix too!

Purchased this as an upgrade to my exisiting TracFone. Price was much less than elsewhere.

I am not very familiar with "smart" phones, but this one seems to have all the features I want at a very low cost. This is important to me because we use the phone primarily for emergency use and as an occasional camera.
