This is my first real “smart” phone and I am impressed with its features and capabilities. It rather easily set up and the TracFone turn on and transfer was accomplished once the contact with the right agents was made. So far, so good.

I have had many tracfones! On old smart phone only had 4 gig of memory. Not enough for a Tracfone smart phone! My new Samsung has 16 gig of memory. A faster better cpu. A better camera. Bigger sd card space. For video , pictures & music!

I got this for my grandson, he said he agreed with me that it will be a good phone for him.

Samsung is always a good product. Easy transfer from my last phone to this. There were a lot of updates when I first turned on the phone. Seems to be much faster and more storage than my last phone.

Words cannot say how happy I am with this phone, and the price.

First, I like TracFone because I save a lot on service fees. This is not a high-end phone but has all that most users will need. The processor seems fast. Screen quality is very good. Audio quality is good enough.

This is a perfect phone for me being a senior citizen. The phone works great. I did get a dummies book on cell phones... learned a lot more tips than the manual gives.

Great economic saving to purchase this prepaid phone for my 12 year old daughter. Very easy to set up an account and navigating around the new system of Android easy to adapt to

We upgraded from LG to this phone and we are very happy!

My son is thrilled with his new phone. It was an upgrade from his previous similar phone. He loves having more gigs of space. He likes that it is water resistant. He is still getting used to the options.

I bought this to replace the other samsung because I wanted to do more things then my beginning one. Once I got it activated it is doing just what I want.

I have had a Tracfone plan for about 8 years. Started with a basic phone and worked up to this one. It fills all my needs and then some. My last phone had only 2G internal memory. This one has 16G and I can do so much more !

This is a great Samsung phone for the price. I don't need the latest/greatest. This runs all your apps and has two excellent cameras as well. Why pay for a contract if you don't need to.

She seems to like it and is getting a lot of use out of it. When I set it up it seemed to be a pretty solid phone. I like the fact that it has an easily replaceable battery (I wish my phone had one) and it ran well enough.

I bought on the weekend, so tracfone was not open. The website had online chat, she helped me set up the phone in 5mins. Everything worked great. The phone is also very good and fast.

I purchased this smartphone for a senior, it is safelink compatible. Excellent price for a smart phone and so far no problem for a senior that has never used a smart phone. Win win!!

I love my new cell phone. I have had this for a few months now and have had absolutely no problems with it. It preforms very well and has lots of battery life. Best Buy had the best price.

I don't use a phone that much just for emergencies. It is perfect for what I use it for. Easy to use easy to add money. This is my first smart phone I am very happy with my choice.

Great phone for a younger person or an older person that doesn't want to be stuck in a plan. For me, this phone does everything that I want it to do plus it has many other features.
