    I ordered this phone for my husband and it came on time of what the delivery expected date. The phone was very nice and it’s easy to used. Just love it!!!

    This phone is confusing to use but the reason I returned it is because it is NOT a 4G phone. It's only a 3G and 2G. I stumbled on this fact while trying to set up the phone. Under Network Mode it says "LTE/3G/2G" - so the phone is outdated from the get go.

    Simple mobile is a problem or its the phone.igave up trying to get it working right. Went through hell for 4+ hrs with techs.still a piece of junk.
