I bought this phone to be a gps speedometer for my bicycle. I bought a mounting kit for it. I was on my first ride with it. I hit a rumble strip as a reasonable speed. I waz using it also to listen to music. It was after dark. I didn't think much when the music stopped. Was shocked to find the main phone body came apart from it's back. I, didn't expect much but l, did expect it not to, fall, apart.

I purchased two of these phones for my twins due to Covid, so they would be able to stay in contact with everyone in the family. They were able to navigate through the phones and we were able to install the family link feature that gives us control over what they can access and what they cannot. The phone also uses the Verizon towers so they are pleased to pretty much have service everywhere. The only issue was the picture quality from taking pictures (a little grainy, but got the job done).

Tammie Featchurs is a fantastic employee. My iphone 11 was disabled. Tammie explained how it may be able to be restored, and the process used. We made an appointment for a few days later, and my phone worked like a charm. It was very nice to be able to book an appointment online. I bought a inexpensive phone as I hve medical issues and can't be without the phone. I asked if the phone could be set up and a young, I believe his name was Michael, set it up for me. Tammie was very patient with my short term memory loss and my lack of knowledge of some terms.

It was a decent tracfone for the price, however there were some glitches in the software that could be solved with a restart but eventually became very annoying. Other than the minor glitches, the phone functioned well and I was able to insert the credit

i thought this would be great phone to use if you need it for temporary purposes. but it turns out that it works perfectly for longer use. plus you save a ton of money

A good in between phone it’s a touch screen version of flip phones. I use this phone as a back up and it’s pretty easy to use.

Battery won't hold a charge, have to plug it in every night. Screen is not that good and even though I have removed some things they are forced back in through updates. I have a difficult time trying to delete messages, select delete and it does nothing. It has too much junk on it and interrupts when I am calling, etc. Just a bad purchase and intend to get something with a brand name.

I have purchased 4 of these phones to play Pokemon Go on. I do not use them as phones. I Wifi them to my other phone to play the game. My only ptoblem with the phone is that you have to be looking straight at the phone to have a clear picture on the screen.

This phone is okay. We needed it for a short time until I got a new Iphone. It’s slow and I get random texts all the time. It does do the job of making phone calls and texting. Don’t bother trying to use the internet....slow.

Great phone for the price. Would recommend it. Negative would be this product review you make me do a summary. I give you quailty value and ease of use but not enough you ask more. Wanted to do this quickly but you couldn't do that. I will never fill out a revk4 fom you ever again.

Not a bad purchase. when it rings it is sometime difficult to swipe open the phone due to the glass screen. Otherwise, it's a good phone for the price

Camera is fine, intuitive set up, good text and internet capabilities. After 2 days the ability to make voice calls stopped working. Unable to resolve the voice call issue.

This phone was a little too difficult to use for my elderly father so I ended up taking it back and getting a flip phone. It seemed like a decent display for the price but it was complicated to use because there were too different ways to answer calls depending on whether the phone screen was lit up or dark. Pressing the answer button when the phone was already lit up wasn't hard but if the screen were dark, a green circle with an arrow would appear and you had to swipe up.

I purchased this because my kids need to learn how to be responsible and also have a phone that does everything. The price was great and it does the job good.

Great phone for the price. You get what you pay for. It works great for a general phone.

My 11 year old was wanting another phone. I searched online for a basic phone and chose the TCL A1 TRACFONE. It was reasonable and would serve any basic need she may need. So far, no issues with the functions of the phone.

Had some trouble getting it synched to my existing account, and it comes with more bells and whistles than I think I need. But it's fairly easy to use (works better with a stylus) and the price was right.

This is a great phone for the price. Good features on the phone.

Purchased to replace a broken phone, Low cost, works well.
