My son uses this with his laser tag guns and he said it works great for this purpose. It was inexpensive and he didn't feel like he would lose a lot if something happened to the phone while playing, unlike what would happen if he lost his expensive cell phone.

Distance teaching due to COVID-19. Needed to be able to contact parents and students with ease. Students like being able to text me quick questions. At the end of school year - it will go in the drawer for future use.

Wanted a non contract cheap phone for my son, and got one. It makes calls and sends texts, what more could you want?

Great starter phone for tweens. They can learn responsibility and you don't have to stress if they break it . Durable phone and data rolls over

It does all the basics (talk, text, camera and email) for $20 a month. I don't know if it does everything the $1000 phone does, but it works for me.

I ran ove my phone and was out of town needed a quick replacement.

I love this phone!! Why would anyone pay tons of money for a fancy Apple, etc. when this phone suits my needs.

Good for a basic phone it does the job on a budget

Took whole week to get it activated. I bought it as a temporary phone to use while I was having problems with my iPhone. Told them I wanted to keep my old number that I have had for 20 years. They said couldn’t be done so assigned me a new number. Spent days on the phone Good news found. My problem with my iPhone turned out to be bad charger cord started p old service and got my old number back, so....now I have a nice little phone that I don’t need and will donate it but not sure where yet

Brought this phone from you guys less than a month ago & it freezes, it echoes & shut off by itself smh contacted you guys about the problems & it was just that NO refund NO exchange NO nothing

I bought this because Tracfone sent me a VOLTE compatibility warning along with a $20 card. Transfer of my phone number failed entirely as did an attempt to add $$$ to my account via the Tracfone card. Even Tracfone's help phone number is down.. I recommend a different vender until Tracfone gets its technical problems sorted out. Tracfones used to just work.. it's too bad that reliability issues now plague this company.

I wanted to get a phone to have at home for my kids. This was the worst purchase I have ever made. I guess you get what you pay for. It kept freezing up and wouldn’t make calls. I had to turn it off and then back on every time I needed to make a call. It got very frustrating! I finally decided to take it back. I’m not sure what the other tracfones are like, but this one was terrible. Do not purchase this phone.

Great WiFi only phone for kids games. I’m sure it would do with in a pinch as a phone.
